Unbelievable Mass Production of Bathroom Sinks in a Factory │Wash Basin mass production

This video takes you inside a factory in Pakistan to show how they make bathroom sinks or wash basins. You'll see the whole process from start to finish.
First, we'll show you how they mix different kinds of sand, rocks, and minerals together to make a clay mixture. They crush everything up until it becomes a fine powder and then mix it with water to make a smooth, wet clay.
Next, you'll see them pouring this liquid clay into molds of different shapes for the sink basin and base. They let these filled molds sit for a while so the clay can slowly dry and harden into solid shapes.
Once hardened, the workers carefully take the clay pieces out of the molds. They use tools to remove any extra bits of clay.
They also carve out a hole in the side of the basin. This hole allows them to connect pipes later for draining water.
The joined sinks are left to air dry for a day or two. Then workers sand and check each one to fix any bumps or flaws on the surface before glazing.
For glazing, they spray a glossy liquid coating over the entire sink to give it that nice shiny finish. The glaze also protects the sink and makes it water-resistant.
With the glaze applied, the sinks go into extremely hot kilns to bake for 24 hours. This extremely high heat sets the glaze permanently.
Finally, once cooled down, each finished sink gets one last check for any defects before getting approved and packaged for shipping out.
