- One of the many pinch me moments during the Rock Meets Classic tour 2014. These two Gents kicked our asses each and every night proving that they belong to the top of the Heep;-) when it comes to legendary performers! It made me play better to be on stage with these masters!
That was awesome. Such a fantastic song in the live sense in the first place but wowzawow with an orchestra is just something mind-blowing. Nice work.

Randy Ive been playing open hand for the first time ever playing drums with a floor on my left and its a lil hard to get used to but Im noticing its allowing me to flow better even coming across from my left floor to my right to finish even faster fills who knew?but u my friend have mastered this way of setting up and well playing if that made sense...haha a huge thanks to u and Harry miree if I didnt mess up his last name spelling...but bro u sir are fantastic loving the videos especially the live stuff seems uve played with alot of bands I did not kno about and many different styles....MY APPLAUSE TO U.....

Randy, why not go the full route of coolness and do the double shuffle that Lee Kerslake did on the original. As far as drumming goes that's what gives this tune a separate identity from all other "rock" shuffles ever recorded!!!
Vipercussionist Hi Viper, i tend to agree with you on that one. Bottom line is, at the time this was filmed i wasn't confident that i could do that with enough conviction/power and keep it grooving. My job on this tour was to make the artists happy and make it feel right for them. Mick Box and Bernie Shaw never made mention of it;-)
