Hey Sarah! 👋🏼 Carmel is wonderful and you’re right. It’s gotten expensive. Most homes are listed in the mid 400s and going for 50-80k over asking. It’s super competitive
You know, I'm not sure. To be totally honest, I have heard that several different neighborhoods throughout Austin will be getting a "Domain like" mall in 2-4 years. Its kind of the trend, but I haven't seen any of it come to fruition. I wouldn't get too excited about it, nothing is done till its done. You know ? :)
@@AustinTX The Pflugerville Domain was being planned for the area next and across Texas Typhoon, which was cow pasture when I left a year ago. My Pf Pros: great food, great BBQ, cheap gas, sunshine, jobs. My Pf Cons: No public transport, when it rains...IT RAINS, flash floods, $14M for a one bedroom house, everyone is Californian, bad crime growing + ...if it snows you're screwed.
Loving your energy! 😁
You are definitely impressive with the presentation of your public image! Big fish little pond! Great job and good luck
Great video, love your personality! Note that your talking cuts out in the last couple of minutes
Just like the P in Pflugerville, the end of this video was silent 😥
Hutto is just near to Plugerville. detached from Austin suburbs, but its growing, how about video on Hutto. Can you please make one?
I’m sure we can make that happen ☺️
Thank you so much,
will be waiting for that.
All I need is a Costco and Target and I will be living my best life 😆❤
I'm looking. Hurts my heart because I missed the ramp up. Those 350 houses are now 550 a year later from this video. I've almost been priced out.
Oh man I'm sorry to hear that! I hope that you were able to find something affordable and move to the area.
I’m looking that Area but around 350. 4 bed 3.5 bath
Hey Cheng, so sorry just saw this. Please feel free to send me an email at daphne@realtyaustin.com. Would love to help if you still need :)

Hi, are they still going to build the Northpointe(domain like) center out there?

Thoughts about Vine Creek?
Please fix you audio. A cheap microphone or a room with less reverb would do the trick.
Please tell me there's a sports team named the Pflugerville Pterodactyls! 😃
Your website is not working.
Oooh nooo!
Let me see what’s up
Lol I live here
Good place to live, right?
@@AustinTX *insert anakin/Padme meme* lmao!
How do you like it?
It's too close to the Rundberg area.
Really? Which part of Pflugerville is too close to Rundberg?
@@AustinTX Sorry, I got confused. Pflugerville is nowhere near Rundberg.
Apparently you don’t know where Pflugerville is
