I really like all of your videos Katie, great explanation. Can all of these exercises in this one be used in Neuromuscular Scoliosis (spastic diplegia)?
@@schrothboss should I do postural corrections while walking since my hips shift to the right . Should I try to center it. A lot of people can’t walk too far due to all their imbalances
@@Myfamily7502 if you can, that’s great! One of the aspects of the scoliosis exercises I teach is called “integration” which means maintaining alignment that you gained during corrective exercises during functional activities. Walking is a good example of that!
Dear Katie.. When breathing out we hold our ribcage up tight right? My I know do we have to hold the "no curve side" or we just breath out ND hold the tight?

Once a day would be great! And I like to perform each exercise either 4 sets of 5, or 2x 2 minutes!!
