Steps for you!
-Make your bed, (strip the sheets)
-remove food/drinks/wrappers/cutlery and dish's
-Clear furniture then move it (optional)
-Vaccum the room! And put in new furniture if you have it
-clean windows and mirrors
-take stuff off of the surfaces then clean surfaces
-get rid of junk, put stuff away
-get rid of magazines/paper
-put items back on the surfaces
-get rid of trash and recycle

Same I hate cleaning my room nobody can open my door and my whole floor is packed with clothes garbage and toys and I always say my room will take me ages all I have done so far is make my bed spray and wipe down my window tv shelf dresser and stains on walls I folded some clothes because I don’t have much but I don’t wanna clean under my bed either but I am doing this to add on to my allowance for the theaters

i remember watching this video when i was 9 or 10, 6 years ago, and it motivated me so much. i wanted to be just like hermione. she was magical and tidy and i wanted her room and her hair and her voice. her old videos are now so nostalgic for me and i think of her every time i clean my room. thanks, hermione
I don't even understand how my room gets so messy , to me it makes sense no sense! I think that after my room is actually clean , while I'm away at school , a hundred monsters mess it up and leave my room when I get back home. because seriously though, in the morning my room is so clean ( if I cleaned it) 😜;but after school , it's a giant mess!! it makes me go crazy! I don't have OCD , and I'm not a perfectionist but I hate when my room is messy!

2. Make your bed (wash sheets if needed)
3. Remove food
4. Moving furniture

How I tidy my room:
1. I put all my clothes in one big pile (including slippers, gloves, belts etc)
2. I take everything off my bed and make it
3. I clean all my surfaces like my desk
4. I make a junk draw so I know where everything that I don’t use is there
5. I put things in piles based on where they belong so I can just take it all in one go
6. I tidy my shelves and sometimes rearrange by books
7. If there’s any new clothes that just came out the washing and has been dried I put them away
8. I take all my dirty dishes, food and wrappers to the kitchen or the bin
9. I come back to the clothes (step 1) and put them in separate piles
10. If anything from under my bed is sticking out I kick it back in
11. I try to hide any showing wires
12. If any instruments are out (I play violin) I put them away now
13. I empty my bin

P.S. I would do this but I’m too lazy so yea (and I know most things I said she said so yea)

I use the bed method also! my fiancé finds it super annoying considering my room is like an episode of hoarders except my belongings actually have a function, lmao! but I'm combining this video with the spark joy method because I want to throw my messy habit out with my trash!
Th spark joy method works so well 😊 just tell everyone you're a maximalist, not a minimailst and they should get off your back about cleaning haha! :)

I clean my room in 10 steps. step 1 is to make bed. step 2 is to pick up clothes. step 3 is to pick up my stuffed animals. step 4 is to put doll stuff away. step 5 is to bring down my dishes. step 6 is to pick up garbage. step 7 is to put books away. step 8 is to put the extra stuff away. step 9 is to dust. step 10 is to vacuum. I hope I gave you a lot of good ideas for how to clean your room by telling you how I clean my room.
