Amazing. The impact of your teaching about grit and talent thing has reached Indonesia and blessed us in many ways. I recommended your video to my voice/singing students, and to my colleagues. I told my students that their voice/singing quality now is not their permanent condition. I even played your 6 minutes Ted video in my vocal technique workshop in a church, and the person who was having a vocal clinic, her voice quality changed right away after the video!
