I can definitely say that, he is a broken vessel. You must have been at the rock bottom to be able to accurately and perfectly appreciate what God is doing in your life. Then the fact that he's been in the Ministry for 25 years, God builds line upon line and precept upon precept, no wonder he's able to wear any role like a garment. He grew through the ranks.
