Thanks for the video. Katia' hair is so pretty and I'm glad you showed how much you used as a leave in. Those 2 pumps does nothing for my thick coils. Now I can't wait to try again. Thanks again!,,
Thank you Chaz & Team Wen for uploading this video! I have been requesting this video for such a long time and it's finally here. Thank you! I love watching the team on QVC and always wanted to know the full process of creating Katia's hair. This video is extremely helpful and provided some great tips as well. Plus, Katia's gorgeous! She is my favorite Wen hair model. Thanks again!
I never have bad hair days anymore. Wen is truly remarkable. There IS nothing like it. Everything Chaz teaches us about it IS true. I enjoy my Wen every day and I'm a Wen girl going on 13 years. I relish it!!!!
I look forward to seeing Katia and Alicia representing healthy natural hair in QVC Wen shows. Sadly, I haven't seen Katia in the last few Wen shows. Is she still a Wen model?
Thank you for the video. I use Wen on my hair and my daughters hair. Pretty good results, though I wish I could get better curl definition for my kinky coily cotteny hair. The syling cream and oil alone doesn't define my hair. Suggestions?
Great post. I learned something new. I usually do only one pump of styling creme, maybe I'll use a bit more next time since my hair is curlier, longer and thicker. I didn't I see you use the mousse, and that stuff is awesome. My twist-outs come out better and the mousse is great on my hair wether dry or wet, and talk about soft hair and hands good grief. That's really something new for me and mousse. I'm not sure why people say it doesn't work for them, but then everything isn't meant for everybody.
hi! i I've been a Wen girl for 3 yrs now i have very course curly bi racial hair and i always use a diffuser to blow dry my hair and I'm thinking of going straight by blow drying and using a Wen round brush which i ordered off of QVC i need to know what setting and temp do i put my dryer on when blow drying it straight?
I just watched this again and didn't realize they used 7 pumps of the styler. I only use 3 and my hair is longer, curlier, and thicker. Guess I should at least that much. I'll just call the salon.
this was great, just what i needed as an African American with curly hair! THANK YOU!

I want to be a Wen girl now. I'm African-American, kinky hair, and just colored my hair red. This video is exactly what I needed. Thanks.

Her hair is beautiful
t shirts works really well in getting rid of excess water too.
Hi Numeroff, yes Katia is still a WEN model. Depending on our show dates and the models availability is what determines if we can have them on air.
Miss you, Katia. XO Miss all the models since no one is allowed in QVC's studio anymore. Hope this changes some day.....

ahh! Love the hair!!!! Love you Katia!!! ;)
This was a good tutorial for afro textured hair, thanks for this it was helpful.
No. Each pump from the gallon is 15 pumps from the 16oz. So in this case, she used 60 pumps.
Katia is so beautiful. Such an amazing lady!
1 pump from the gallon is equivalent to how many pumps in the 16 ounce?

So basically that means Katia had 160 pumps from the 16 oz?
THANK YOU! I've been requesting this for a long time. Is there a way to prevent so much shrinkage? Thanks again!

Using medium /low heat is better
Can you post a video of your two new natural ladies' hair getting cleansed? Like this post. Thanks. Much help needed :)
1 pump from the gallon= 20 pumps from 16 ounce

It creates less damage
Her hair looks tangled toward the ends
I'm natural and it is very expensive :(
It must be more expensive life having thick curly hair.
Paper towels are unnecessary! You could have squeezed out extra water with your hands!
613 Gallon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MY GOD That's ALOT of product
