I never finished what I was gonna say in the video. I avoided the final trailer because I heard all the endgame monsters were revealed which I didn't wanna see yet until I got to them.
I can't believe Monster Hunter did a Collab with Morbius, it's so awesome we got to fight him at MR 100, Sunbreak really did fix the endgame

It's so unfortunate I keep hearing and seeing the difficulty growth in SB is due to to jacking up health and not moves or skill required. I like how some monsters appear aggressive enough to make using gaurd skills good
It's not just health. The Afflicted monsters are FAST and hit hard

@@brandonstevenson2348 its a mechanic no different from other powered up monsters in the series. The normal monsters aren't this easy and have new behaviors and such

Interestingly, traps DO work on Afflicted monsters, but Tranq Bombs/Ammo do not. As for why they cannot be captured, I think that it was not just for difficulty purposes, but to ensure players can get more Afflicted materials than just the ones they get from part breaks and quest rewards. You see, you have a 20% chance of getting an Afflicted material from any carve from an Afflicted monster, and not just from the monster's corpse. This results in some unintentionally hilarious moments, such as getting an Afflicted Claw or Fang from a monster's severed tail.
But most teams of randoms I've played on will almost inevitably go for the capture whenever possible. As a result, they would be denying themselves a chance at more Afflicted parts!

I’m MR50 but I knew that crimson glow valstrax is at MR70 and scorned magnamalo at 100 before the video and furious was nerfed heavily in rise.

Who else was hoping that the final boss of Sunbreak was connected to Ibushi and Narwa in some way? It didn’t end up happening but still a cool boss either way

Nobody, literally nobody. Even from the trailer that only showed us Malzeno, everyone knew it and the final boss was going to have no connection to either one of them.

Three of them have the same body mouth and hand from what i see, so are they same species
Honestly Scorned is Just better Magnamalo.
Magnamalo was Just an animal that Made No Sense at all and them trying to give it any logical reason for existing the way it does Just doesn't Work.
Meanwhile Scorned, they Just tried to make it as Anime as possible, it has No clarified reason for it's existance, it Just Takes the whole Idea of Hellfire and Turns it Up to eleven, has a better Colouration, and allows for theorizing as to why it exists which I have two Theories about:
1. The less likely one: This is the Magnamalo you hunted during the Kamura Village Questline, this one comes From the fact that you were a New Hunter at the time and maybe didn't make sure it was dead. Hamon being Mad about it's existance could be because He was the one who Made the contraption that lured it into the Shrine Ruins. Why this is the less likely one is because Capturing was also a Problem and Monster Hunter tends to Not Blame you for anything. But this would also explain the Quest Name.
2. The more likely one: Scorned is a Magnamalo Hamon failed to hunt at some point. This would also explain him being Mad (which is really the only Point you can Go Off of). This is supported by the Game Telling us that Hamon once was a Hunter.
