- Sacred Geometry Torus Mandala. This is a simplified version of a true torus. This shape is also known as the seed of life if you only make the first 7 circles.
So, it is darn hard to explain how to draw a torus, lol. I hope you can figure it out, I felt like I as just repeating the word circle and center over and over! :D Anyway, hope it helps you and let me know if you have any questions!
The circle template I'm using is from a set of quilters templates and I'm using a 05 Pigma Micron pen. I've linked to them on Amazon below. I've also included non-affiliate links just in case you don't want to go through my affiliate links... but I'd really appreciate it if you did. :*

Thanks for watching!
p.s. please excuse the sound quality, I'm not sure where the weird hissing bg noise came from. I need to look into a better audio choice!

FYI: I use affiliate links, which means that if you click on one of the product links, I’ll receive a small commission. You don’t pay one cent more by clicking on it and it helps support my channel and allows me to continue to make videos. Thanks so much for the support! -xo
The background fuzzy noise actually sounds like the ocean and ocean waves 😊
Thanks Deb, I've been racking my brain geometrically trying to layout a 16th-century prayer nut for carving. This will make it easier.
Lovely and so nicely explained
I'll be attempting this using a compass
I was pondering the same idea myself. The advantage is I can change sizes on whatever paper dimensions on hand. Must try this!
Great idea. Saves compass holes in the canvas. Many thanks. Simple idea shown clearly.
13Moondancer thanks! and you’re welcome 😊
That is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing! It was a bit confusing but you made it very clear as well. Thanks ♥️🙏
I'm so glad!
Complicated designed but a simple version. Thank you very much, truly inspiring
You're very welcome!

This is very nice and clearly explained, so easy to follow it! Thank you very much! Can you also give us a hint how to make that perfect transparent circle that you use?
You are very welcome! Transparent circle... if you mean the circle guide template, I bought it! 😁 The link is in the description!!
SUPER
BEAUTIFUL
Thank you so much
What a brilliant and informative video thankyou 💚💯
Glad you enjoyed it
Beautiful
4 sets of 6 looks nice, but I really like the 3 sets of 6 too - also, i've spent too much money on compasses - and you've used a cutout from a margarine lid [ ;) ] and it turned out perfectly.
I'm tired of coloring other people's drawings. I'm ready to draw my own!! That's why I'm here!!!!!!
Also what colored pencils do you use?
Very similar to the original spirograph. Your directions are very clear. Can't wait to try it!
Carol Sze hi, somehow just saw your comment! 😱 I don’t know why I don’t get notifications sometimes. Did you ever get a chance to try it out? Thanks for watching and commenting 😊
Hahaha. I actually had to go back to see which video I commented on😂. I bought the templates so long ago. Just rewatched your video and will definitely try it now.
Beautiful😍
Fantastic explanation. Thank you.
Maryjo you are very welcome! Thank you for watching and commenting 😁
I am wondering how you got even 10 Dislikes. Thanks for this wonderful idea. I will surely use this.
Neha Saxena you are sweet, thanks! Haters gonna hate you know! 😂😊 Glad you like it.
This thing i am making from when i was in 4th it is very easy it was beside my notebook
Can you do a three dimensional Golden Torus Spiraled and use only single line?😊
It's pretty much a 24 or 30 leaf flower of life. Simple enough. Thank you!
Flower of life has circles which individually have the same patterns repeating around them, while torus has circles originating from the locus of the first central circle.
Gracias por enseñar como se hace
Dearest Deb thanks for this wonderful gift
Can you guide me how should I create the stencil circle like the one you are using. How to make that one.
Hi, you are very welcome. The circle stencil is from a set I purchased. The link to them is in the video description. I love them and still use them all the time! 😁
It was clear enough for me to follow, thank you, ma'am! One question l have is these template you're using; was it home made or available at an art supply outlet store? Thank you for this instructional! 🙂👍🏼
Thanks 🥰.
You’re welcome 😊
In india it's not available on Amazon how can I get it

Can you pls let me know tge accurate measurement of the circle
Like radius?
Dimpi Shah hi, it can be any radius as long as all the circles are the same.
@@DebSoromenhoArt Thank you😊😊
Thank heavens no compass. Thank u
coll girl
I wanna draw this on 30 by 30 inches canvas plss tell me about the accurate measurment on this canvass plsss help me out ...
One thing more on this canvas i wanna 24 24 rounds for each row plsss guide me...
Hi Ambra! So, basically the Torus is exactly 2 circles wide (if that makes sense --you can fit exactly 2 circles side by side to make up the width of the torus) So, to make on on a 30" canvas, measure how wide exactly you want your torus (probably just under the 30 inch size of the canvas so you have a little border on the outside), and divide that measurement by 2 and that's the size of circle you want to use. (so if your measurement is 28" -that would leave 1" border around it- you would use 14" circles). Start with your first circle (14" also) in the very center of the canvas and go from there. Hopefully this makes sense, lol, it's hard to explain. --I'm not sure what you are asking in the second half of your question, could you rephrase it? Let me know if you need more help. Best, Deb.
ugh, I didn't mean to cross out that part of my reply, I think it did it automatically because I put in dash signs. weird, lol. The WHOLE reply is good, ignore the cross out marks! sorry.
I have a question I can do this can you write in the comment below
Mahad Sharif Hi, I’m not really sure what you’re asking. Sorry.
It would be easier to make circles with a compass
Lol... I have been using a compass to draw some of these patterns... I was just thinking the exact opposite!! The first compass I had kept getting loose and opening wider halfway through the drawing and I would have to scrap it... The next one I got locked, but the pivot point was super sharp and you could see the holes if you look for them hard enough..
@@speciesunknown8279 Exactly! This method makes it easier for me too!
@@Andf-kc4xx I have a circle cutter and I am happier w the stencils.
A compass makes holes in the canvas, this idea is perfect.
i am not following you iam lost can u help me please
Beautiful
Thank you so much! :)

Neema Kazimbe Hi. I’m sorry, what part do you get lost on?
