    Here’s my new method for drawing the Sri Yantra. The Sri Yantra, also known as the Shri Yantra or Sri Chakra is a diagram that represents the cosmos and the human body. It’s made up of 9 triangles that intersect to form 43 smaller triangles. There are two rings of petals, one with 8 petals and one with 16 petals, they represent the lotus of creation and reproduction. The dot in the middle is called the bindu, the cosmic center. It’s also framed by a gated square that represents a temple with open doors to the universe.
    This method uses sacred geometry and I'd consider it 99.9% optimal, there’s no need for measurements as it all starts with one circle and each line informs the next. Note the Sri Yantra will be twice the size of the diameter of the first circle.
    Radius of first circle: 7cm
    Paper size: 19x12.5 inches

    I'm truly blown away by realising the mathematical precision required for this design, and how our ancient ancestors came up with such artistic expressions. If it's this complex to draw it on a piece of paper, I wonder how enormously difficult it would have been back in those days to precisely carve and cut stones and metals of gigantic sizes for the same design 🙏🙏

    • @Dave_en
      @Dave_en Месяц назад

      First they drew on stone slabs and then carved out with precision. Not an easy task but if systematically done can work wonders. Plenty of brainwork goes in to such creations.

    This is the most convoluted method of drawing the Sri Yantra I've come across. But what it lacks in straightforwardness, it makes up for in thoroughness and precision. I definitely wouldn't recommend this method to a beginner. But if you have been drawing the sri yantra and already have an idea of how the triangles intersect and are arranged, then this approach can offer fresh insights into the intricate inner workings of the yantra.

    so basically every sound has a form and every form has a sound . the science of using sound in which it effects systematically ur system( Body,Mind,Emotion,Energies) positively is called MANTRAS. Mantras are significant for sound of it . mantras effect ur mind very positively . there is research on hare krishna mantra u can google it not only this mantra any mantra u take it will have same effect. thats why SANSTRIT is called language of DIVINE .

      I think precision in the overall scale isn't necessary, just precision in the angles and connecting points. But, to get the scale right, you can check the first couple of steps, then look ahead to see where the final outlines lie, and check against how the first couple of circles are drawn. When you know how the first couple of circles affect the overall scale, then you can choose the right size to get the final design to be the right size on the page.

    Great video. Beautiful sriyantra drawn with a lot of love. What makes it “perfect”? Thanks 🙏🏽

      A perfect Sri Yantra would have all lines of the triangles intersecting precisely.

    Gratuluje wyjątkowego talentu. Jak sama rysowałam ten znak, to miałam w tle w Corellu scan tego wzoru w tle. Tylko tak mogłam to narysować. Trzeba przyznać, że stopień skomplikowania tego rysunku jest naprawdę wysoki. Szacunek :)

    The Sri Yantra is the symbol of Hinduism in INDIA 🇮🇳 , which is based on the Hindu philosophy of the vedas.
    The Sri Yantra is the object of devotion in Sri Vidya.
    The Shri Yantra represents the evolution of the multiverse as a result of the natural Divine Will of the Godhead Aadi Paraa Shakti.

      There was no such thing as Hinduism ? why corrupt it. It was Vedic Or just say Sanatana (even that is doubtful). Hinduism as practiced today is rubbish ... they have shirdi baba and road side babas and 1 million village gods read rituals. The Tantric and Vedic aspects driven by meaning and philosophy is gone.. we need Second Buddha to clean us

    I’ve read somewhere in the US they have found a Shri Yantra carved in a remote place when they were air-patrolling that area in search of something else. Could you make a video on that ❤
