Very nice information. I am a general medicine guy and had requested previously on this channel to put a video on general medicine. Thanks a lot for the information.
im a fresh mbbs grad and confused. Nowadays even in tier 2 cities people tend to see specialists even for the simplest of problems . No one wants to go to a GP anymore.
Sir, you've talked about many specialities being saturated, please talk about the best branch to choose from, taking future in consideration and its scope...
toppers might be choosing general medicine but medium rankers are going for other branches mostly none of clinical seats are going empty doesn’t matter in which ever order people choose it this will be case for all departments
Pediatrics will get saturated , pediatric population is going to decrease only from now on . Med , Surg ,Anaes , Psych , Derm these are all good branches . Rad and Path have an Ai problem . Eye , Ent , Ortho is bit saturated even now .
Excellent video sir 😊 I’m a pediatrician who’s getting into (adult) endocrinology. I wanted to request you to shed some light upon adult endocrinology for pediatricians. Thank you sir Best wishes 😊
With all respect to you sir I would like add up GPs cutting down the General Medicine OPD very badly , infact in many small cities GP are more settled with small hospitals and opd , they majorly eating General medicine work if you survey and observe small hospitals
Sir please give information about general surgery will it be saturated or not please explain sir, I have completed MBBS thinking to take general surgery
Saturated ko chodo. Jb tak tu surgeon banega tab tak tu buda b ho jayega. Donot take surgery. Long learning curve. Not all surgeon are good surgeons. Your efforts will be more and output will be low.
After watching the while video i got into one small conclusion which sir indirectly telling that even he might not know is if general medicine is saturated every part of medicine is saturated
@@DheerajMasapu I am interested in pulmonology more than general medicine But when asks for a second opinion many people around me are worried about pulmonology and it's scopes
@@DheerajMasapu sir with rank 4.4k in neet pg 2024 , is there any scope of getting MD General medicine in south India ? Will there any increment In seats this year or any positive shift ?
In 10-15 years if you don't have super speciality you will face unemployed issues in my opinion. That's why I'm trying to switch carrier. I've passed UPSC prelims preparing for mains .

Plz take MD and then you can go for DM pulmonary medicine too, since 4.4 might get GM.
