These Rishabh multimeters are not available in Kolkata. One Mumbai based company supplied this wonderful multimeter to WBSETCL. After my retirement I searched the Kolkata market for this model but there are no dealers in Kolkata. Nowadays it is available in Amazon India. Price is ₹2213/- approximately. Thank you very much for this video.

1. Using earth megger, should not exceed 5 ohms. 2. Using multimeter. The voltage between phase and earth & voltage between phase and neutral must be equal. If value exceeds limits, then increase the earth pipe depth, pack with salt and charcoal mixture, pour water, tighten all joints after removing rust. Hope this helps.
