Koleda is just a human girl she wears little bear ears since the majority of belobogs construction team are bear thiren (anthropomorphic beings)
Soilder 11 was remembering someone who trained with her. I won't spoil who as its related to her storyline :). She's a fire type unit so liking hot stuff makes sense.
Recommending you check out the Natlan trailers next as Genshin's next region is about to release. Also worth checking out Jade & Yunli Two new star rail characters.

They’re a construction company. The machines are used in the hollows (extended periods in the hollows can cause people to mutate kinda like radioactive stuff if we were to compare, but it can infect any intelligent life.) the machines are built to be intelligent so they can work in the hollows without putting humans in danger. They can still get corrupted but they’re resistant to it so it happens slower.
The machine grace built here is a boring machine. It has the saw to demolish buildings to make things easier.
I'd rather an entertaining machine but to each their own.
Hollows are essentially stable black holes on the surface of the world

There are 2 floating theories going around for Solider 11, also the voice speaking to her was actually Anby from the Cunning Hares, now as for the theories
Theory 1 (The one I am on the side of more) Solider 11 and Anby are sisters, Solider 11 might be the younger sister to Anby who's more hotheaded, reckless, and aggressive vs Anby who is calm, cool, and collective
Theory 2: Solider 11 is a clone of Anby, cloning seems to be a thing in the Hoyoverse, not many people have brought up ways or reasons that Solider is a clone of Anby, they've mainly just said, she's just a clone of her
They do share a similarity, they are both awkward in terms of most social interactions, 11 moreso

So, Genshin just released a new video titled "Fontaine Tour Group" that I think would be a great watch. It shows off all of the major landmarks added to Genshin in the last year (aside from the Liyue expansion) which would be an awesome way to show off a bunch of content you'll likely never get around to seeing yourself.
At some point in the past, somebody definitely engineered a whole lot of human/animal hybrid species called Thiren. Across the board they've all got greater resistance to the corruption of matter and reality (a patch of wet cement becoming a sea is entirely plausible) that occurs within Hollows than the human baseline and so Thiren have flourished in New Eridu just as Bangboo did later. (The timeline would make it kind of suspicious if Thiren got created specifically because of Hollows... but the known timeline is already extremely suspicious.)
You were so fixated on the enemy commander's voice in Soldier 11's teaser that you completely didn't recognize Anby's.

Yeah about the hollows... There's a catch. No one can stay in them forever, and depending on how low your ether resistance is... you could turn into an ethereal (the monsters) pretty much the instant you fall into one. So for quite a few people Hollows are an instant death sentence.

Meaning John Wick exists in the world of ZZZ.
The two other officers in the meeting room are Qingyi (The green haired pigtailed girl) and Seth Lowell (The Wolf Therin with the notebook) they're going to be added to the game in the upcoming 1.1 update on the 14th. There is one more person in Public Security, Jane Doe she specializes in undercover work.
So, there's a few more ZZZ stuff for you to watch like the launcher teaser and stuff, also ZZZ is rated 16+ while the other games are 12+ so...
For context, the ocran of cement is inside a hollow.

Okay, I'm probably wasting my time right now, but maybe someone is as interested in lore as I am and wants some clarification.
The two men didn't recognize Koleda because they are from another construction company that Belobog is currently working with on the same construction site
Belobog is known for his heavy machinery, customized to work in the caverns and equipped with artificial intelligence so that organic beings have less need to be present in the caverns
Belobog also employs mostly Tyren-bears, who themselves are also more resistant to aether contamination compared to humans
Aether contamination is essentially the fantasy counterpart to real radiation, the contamination also builds up in bodies, only instead of radiation sickness the tissues crystallize with the subsequent transformation of the body into a monster. Mechanisms are also susceptible to contamination, but not as much as organic
I didn't find the origin story of the Tyrenes in the in-game notes, but judging by the fact that all of them are resistant to contamination by default, we can assume that they were created by a past civilization that tried to adapt to the ether not only by technology, but also by bioengineering.
Finally, Grace's machine is quite interesting from an engineering point of view. In fact, the base is the lower part, with brains, sensors, power source and movement organs, and the upper part is just a rotating platform with the possibility of installing up to two tools for different purposes, the video shows a drill for demolition of ruins.
Equally remarkable are the organs of movement, they are 4 legs that allow you to navigate difficult terrain, even equipped with finger analogs for the ability to even climb walls to some degree if the walls can support the mass of the machine. At the same time, each leg has an independent wheel for moving on flat surfaces, in which case the legs already serve as an active suspension system
P.S.: About gloominess in the game, there is still quite a lot of humor in it, as in all Hoevers games, but the humor has become closer to Borderlands or Cyberpunk, where in the chaos of what is happening death and destruction became everyday life, which influenced the approach to humor, there are also naturally gloomy moments, which are presented just as they are without any artistic preparation. Blood and dismemberment are still not shown due to harsh Chinese censorship and age rating, but in one of the side missions, for example, I saw a text description of a man being torn to pieces right in front of the main character.

The machine Grace made is a Boring Machine (As in a machine used to bore, to excavate tunnels), she makes sentient machinery for multiple purposes related to construction, since shes in the Belobog Construction Industries, these machines are also special because they can work inside Hollows, which are basically areas in the game that are extremely dangerous because of Ether corruption, which is a kind of corruption that can harm anything inside the Hollows and even transform people into Ethereals after enough corruption takes hold of them, Ethereals are monsters that appear inside Hollows, created from this Ether corruption itself, who are extremely hostile and will attack any non Ether creature on sight, hence the machine's ability to fight as well, machines are usually also able to be corrupted by Ether corruption, but Belobog's machinery is especially made to resist and hold on for longer inside Hollows
