Honestly if your getting 50k healing then your obviously just heal botting the entire time, thus not providing any kinda assistance to your team other than just standing around spamming heals. All the top supports in these type of games do a mix of healing their team and other things that help the team. Those things can include helping get picks when someone is low on the enemy team or in a bad position, sleeping/freezing enemies at good times for your team to take advantage or to cancel their ult, etc. I say this as someone who has two accounts both at high grandmaster, one playing with friends and one solo queuing. I'm not the best but I've watched a lot of gameplay of the best players from multiple of these style games, and I have done nothing but get better the more I learn.
Apex is so trash theirs a reason no one is playing anything other then this game, because it’s actually good unless you suck at the game which explains why you play apex still
