We were installing aftermarket bars on out JD rotary the guy that made them waa using his JD impact wrench. Says thats good enough. Well we had one come loose. JD impact wrench us not good enough..also had a custom sillage cutter installed new knives didnt torque. They had one break loose started chain reaction at high rpm completely destroyed the silage chopper very costly
Are you selling your machines ,to buy bigger and better ones. I know from watching all your videos, that all your equipment is well maintained. Great video!
Grasshopper question. Do hoppers return every year in the quantity you’ve shown over the years? Or do the numbers increase or decrease, if so what contributes to the number changes besides “hopper killer” you spray on ??
@@FootBallDad67 the two years ago they flew in. Last year and this year they hatched here. Wet weather will rot their eggs. We need a wet spring to get rid of them.

You nailed and are the new Machinery Pete, Machinery Tony for sure. Thank you, God bless.
I once asked my brother what the spec was for torque setting up a piece of equipment. His answer, tighten until it snaps, the back it off a half turn.
My buddy always used the "rft torque spec" (rft = really f'in tight)
4 to 6 ugga duggas works too
My uncle used to say: 1/4 before snapping.

Nick’s harvesting peas & said he hasn’t seen any grasshoppers. He said he wondered where they went. They must like your area more then there’s.
Glad you're keeping the Pete
I’d love to have that drill Tony! But it would eat my lunch to get it shipped to Texas.
I hope you get what you need from your sales
Nice video Tony
Tim even managed to pronounce Kalimar correctly 😂. Could have stood around talking for another full day. Good times 👍

@@FastAgMontana Thanks for the info.
Aside from grasshopper damage that corn has impeccable singulation
And planted with an old 8300 MaxEmerge. Some times I wish we still had ours. They are dang good planters.
@@peteparker7396 I thought it was all precision retrofitted?

Do i sense 2 new AF11 combines in the near future lol
That would be awesome! Someday maybe we can find some used ones.
Good to see Fast Ag. Just the other day I was thinking that I haven’t seen them lately. Tony is the real thing.
Does the 9280 on triples have a pto and can the triples be taken off to run duels or even singles… auger tractor I never noticed I seen for remotes
@@tyler3148 No PTO. The triples come off real easy.
Tony must have got the bill for the new tractor ! lol
@@kdh1309lol. Extra stuff we don’t need sitting around.
July 19th and corn at 12inch high ?
73 day corn. The spring was cooler than normal.
sell the auger wagon to welkers.
I had 3 minutes of black screen at the end. All of those tractors are low hours to me.
Are you gonna chop that corn for silage?
Cole needs a new case.
Why are you giving up hay production Tony? I thought it wa sa good fit?
To much work to put up good hay. The alfalfa was getting thin and I didn’t want to seed anymore.
👍👍❤
