30 Days "Overlanding" The Ozarks -THE MOVIE-

- I came to the Ozarks again to film the eclipse and somehow found myself staying for over a month, Not only did I film the eclipse but I ran my 4runner Build through the gauntlet. We ran it in the pouring rain down devils backbone in Missouri and took damage, we also ran the very same trail again at night and ended up putting all our winches to the test. Then We ran over to Flat Nasty Off-road Park to hit the Black Diamond trails to see if my suspension was up to to task. And I wrapped it all up heading Down to the Ozarks in Arkansas and ended up doing more water crossings than you could imagine. Plus Ill check out the story the owner of FLAT NASTY OFF-ROAD Told me when I met him and that story came with a picture, a picture of bigfoot on the property SO yea, If you never visited the Ozarks This Movie has you covered. And bear in Mind this took me a week to make and a month to gather the footage so bear with me. Its my first attempt.

Ugh. I can relate some, was rear end while at a red light in 2002 (illegal 👽) resulted in 3 disc herniations a fractured vertebrae and now degenerative disc and spine disease, basically arthritis smh
I like you, still try to make the best of things.
My grandson wipeout in a motocross race and couldn't walk for a week or two, hasn't stop him from riding though. Rough sport. One never knows what life is going to hand them, stay strong and keep on trucking. I'm missing two discs in my lower back and two in my neck, as long as I keep moving, I'm good, just can't stand for extended periods. Been retired for eighteen years now, but never missed a day of work because of my back even though I sustained the injuries in my youth.

Mine was same, I thought he had a stroke , after the initial impact (58mph) I looked in the rear view, his head was on the steering wheel, so I went back to help but he popped up ( I niw know he nodded out) as I made it to the door..I held my license up telling him give me his , he said something in Spanish , took off and side swiped my truck. I had a cellphone then as I was the lead Carpenter, this was in 02 (in Delaware, thanks to catch & release, we all are affected by these BS policies) anyways I called his plates in, stolen. A year later I began dating a State Trooper and she looked into it bc where it happened , the City ( I was working, on my way back to job site from the shop when it happened) they didn't bother to even investigate at all but , she knew detectives and they did . Same stolen tag was in 2 other hit and runs.. SMH. Around 04, she, her squad and pretty much every Trooper were making contact with about ten uninsured Illegals PER DAY.
This is a warning ans wake up call to everyone, that was 2004 , imagine the amount of them on the road now ?
Use your mirrors at red lights , stay vigilant.

That would be cool. I'm surprised I haven't seen him yet. I always keep an eye out for his vehicle when I'm out 'there'. Its funny. A few times, when I got home after being out exploring wherever, I'd check RFB's channel for new videos and there was a video of where I WAS JUST AT.

Years I might add Well I just about lost it when you said camel and sure as shit there was a camel. Damn and the closer you kept getting to that pissed off llama I put on my shades cause in my mind I was right there too. And that Devil's spine just about gave me the willie's. This was an interesting watch to say the least. It would appear that you're living your best life Ritchie, I wish I was as adventurous as you instead of wasting away in my small apartment. A long time follower from Canada.
I ride by flat nasty and devil's backbone going to some of my fishing spots. I've lived in the Ozarks long enough to know that there are some things in these hills that will definitely make you scratch your head. All one has to do is pay attention and eventually you'll catch on to it. Great show man keep up the good work and stay safe!

Those tracks you saw on the deep water crossing at about 1:20 on video was probably Angie and I coming in the other way the night we bumped into you. I also put on the trunks and walked it! Good times!!!
