Nice job
Thanks for watching :)
Nice work! I plan on taking mine apart soon and replace the neck bearing
Nice, not as difficult as I thought it would be, good luck with it..
We got a little snow a while back but at least it's going to be 50 for the next 2 days....🏍️👍🎄
Ya, 42 today 60 for the weekend, then a rain storm comes crashing in sun night into the mon. So no more snow by Monday night.
Great work! Greets from Austria! 👍👍👍👍 Springer is one of the best Harleys 👍👍👍
Thanks for watching, must have some awesome riding in Austria.
@@daygersden yessss, i like my Country very much. But in USA they are much more good riding streets and highways 👌✌️✌️✌️
Is riding in the alps possible or roads just to tricky and narrow?
@@daygersden No, I have no problem with the springer at all. Of course you can go a little faster with a conventional oil-damped fork, but I just adjust my speed a little and it's fine
Nice
Great Video! I purchased used springer front forks off of marketplace. Can you tell me if the front spring fork and the solid fork are supposed to make contact? The one I purchased are making contact. If they are not supposed to make contact, could it be the spring seats are worn? Also, would you have the part number for the spring seats? (They look like some type of hard plastic) Also, is there a part number for the rubber bumpers?
well they make contact at the bottom where the rockers tie the rigid to the springer forks. as far as the legs thats the only place they make contact . the forks should run basically on top of eah other without making contact. contact me thru email and i'll send you a diagram of the parts list so you can see how everything should go together.
Thank you for the quick response! What is your email address? I will send you a pic of what I am referring to as far as the parts that are touching. @@daygersden
When I go to your channel click on about - it gives me the option for view email but when I click on it, it does not show the email address.
