There are several reasons that will happen depending on the version you have. You may have to re-set the watch. Sometimes deleting the app and reinstalling it will also work. With the 2nd versions, it was an app setting. You may want to just check those Quick. I have had issues from customers who had a watch that wasn’t fully charged. This will cause communication problems. I would start with deleting the app and reinstalling it first. Then move to resetting the watch second.
I've set my watch to local time and set the citizen app just like you did and followed your instructions, but my watch still won't connect to my phone. What am I doing wrong?
One other this, does the light level only work when link to watch is on? Is the watch still showing light level even without link on. As I notice if I link the watch abd sync it then shows up to date light levels?
Unless something has changed. The proximity watches from citizen only alert you to incoming messages or calls. You can’t answer the phone or talk into it
1. If I have to pickup phone to see non local time - why would I go and set it on the watch ? 2. If I have a mobile, why would I set alarm in a watch ? These hybrid watches need to evolve lot more.

With this range of Citizen watches can you set the alarm to vibrate only? I like my watch to wake me up while not disturbing my wife
