    this dish does not cost $100... it is simply one dish in a significantly larger tasting menu.

    Michelin star just means your allowed to charge a fuck ton for playing with food on a plate apparently

    Incompréhensible je veux bien qu'on apprécie le produit simplement , que la transformation soit minime et qu'on privilégie la qualité mais à ce niveau de prix il se fout de la gueule du monde

    Tous les excès de la cuisine gastronomique sont içi. Cela n'enlève rien à la qualité des produits utilisés, mais quand meme, soyons sérieux...

    What's wrong with that guy..........no flavor and lack of presentation...what happened to Michelin star....maybe just good for tires as the dish but flat

    The quantity of that dish doesn't seem like it is worth the price, especially if it costs more on the expensive side.

    The art of leaving products from the plate is taken really serious. We can't understand it, but maybe it's revolutionair for his time, like painters become famous after their deaths.

    la toque n'apporte rien a la cuisine.La coiffure non plus d'ailleur.Son restaurant est un des meilleurs au monde.La toque a pour but d'etre une representation du metier de cuisinier et non un outil de cuisine.Arrete de faire du trolling tu as aucun talent pour ca.merci!
