Your shoulders are off and a bit more Fa Xing is needed and you need to breath with the movement ie:when your fook goes out breath out when coming in breath in in one slow breath not multiple if you run out of breath that means you have extended to far out ,time breath with movement. and maybe a few more small refinements in the internals like sucking in n up maybe a bit of chen but other than that well done cos this is the best Sil Lum Tao i have seen on the net,,you def have a good teacher keep it up brother.
So why do you guys still position one fist at your hip, while practicing arm techniques? I keep BOTH hands front and "Center," at ALL times. It promotes GOOD habits, while elim- inating BAD ones. Just SAYin.'
The forms are not to fight in, they are designed to develop focus, flexibility, the legs, inner core, breathing and an idea of how the moves work in theory. Practically the moves would be used within the variables of the opponent etc but knowing the reason behind an action is knowing how it works. Having hand to one side is just having some where to put it and allows you to bring each into play when needed.
@@leehayward4988 But still---my point stands. It's always good practise to practise the moves in light of a little thing I call; Practicality. Congratulations! You won the Bruce Lee look-alike contest.
Because he's Asian or what? I'm surprised you didn't call him Manny Pacquiao.

Teaches you solid balance and the range of motion available, also a meditation and focus thing

Do you need a shirt for the Siu Lim Tao? I have to read in my books to Siu lim Tao if that is indeed the case.
@@yggdrasilkosmopolit5006you can use whatever you want, with or without a shirt, its the form that matters not the shirt..

why lower your stance, then raise it when you open it. I didn't get any farther than that. bu hao.
Why is it when peeps do wing chun they all turn into bruce lee 😳
is he a robot
Atrasalo.
Someone buy him a Playstation if he really has no better thing to do than this.
A very terrible demonstration of the little idea form. Not having this correct only shows a misconception of the basic understanding of the style.
I think the form looks good, but your putting more effort & concentration into Bruce lee image, rather than the form. thanks anyway for posting.
