I'm a fan of both dancers. MT always comes to give a show. A straight up entertainer. Jenes is as funky as anyone who does it. Though clothes are huge though.....lol.
This was a dream battle come true! They both are in the music, but MT Pop showed more variety and more intense with his hits and stops. Don’t sleep on Jenes though. His flow control is ridiculous and he has a lot of funk in him, but if he variated his hits and was using heavier robotic movement, he would’ve won in my opinion. He overused his leg work, so if he did more upper body movement that complimented his footwork/legwork and improve his timing (some moments he was off beat), he’ll level up even more. Great job to them both.
In a dance, IMO, you gotta have either creativity (Slim creativity) or swag (Money B swag) or amazing flow of high-level foundation (Stocko's/Ryuzi boogaloo). If you ain't got either, you are doomed.
mt pop is throwing out too much, too many different concepts that are on the music that cant be answered back at if you only do one or 2 styles, its a nice contrast to the eb electric boogaloo style, in an organized dance contest with rules, it can be beaten with superior technique, in a street battle with no rules and no time limit, it cant be

They freestyle concepts more than styles, it's still dancing. And like I said before, having blowups or signature moves isn't bad, my wiggles had them when he battled, look at the wiggle walk for example

MT was injured on this Shirofes, particularly on his ankle.!You can see he’s a big limping/uncomfortable in doing ground moves.
