Sir im planning po to hold 7 stocks pero sa reit po ang plan ko lang is areit then the rest is yung mga normal stocks i am a dividend investor po mas ok po ba mag focus or dmihan ko ang invest sa reits kesa s normal stocks dhil ngbbgay sila ng quarterly ng research kasi ako s ibang mgandang fundaments na stocks and nkapili ako ng 7 po na magffocus ako at binase ko dn s kng ano buwan sila ngbbgay ng dividends pea montly my income if ever. I invest in other stocks that pay dividends but I don’t necessarily call them dividend stocks (less than 2% div rate) 🙂 they’re more for capital growth
Yeah that was my point. I dont have DDMPR not because I dont like the management. Instead, I dont have DDMPR because Im not confident in the sustainability of the tenant composition (POGOs).

All ipo's of REITs are expensive. Look at the stock price of REITs in the downtrend except AREIT and CREIT,
