    Best tutorial ever, thank you! Keep coming back to this, when I forget the Flow command :-)

    Great tutorial! I didn't realise the flow command worked with the mapping! Previously I would manually bend the texture mesh to align the grain.... Doh!

    As soon as I hit apply in the uv editer mode, texture get pixelated and never be fixed even if I change repeat number and cannot get the result that I could see in preview of uv editer. Any ideas?

    thanks a lot. Preview looks great but when I hit apply it blurs/pixelates. Why can this be happening?

    One very important question (would buy Rhino if yes): Do these UVs created inside of rhino preserve when exporting as OBJ (tesselated) file?

    • @aloexkborn
      @aloexkborn 3 года назад +1

      OBJ won’t work. You need to use FBX for export

    • @RunTheTape
      @RunTheTape 3 года назад

      @@aloexkborn OBJ, FBX doesn’t matter. What matters is, will it save the UVs properly with the triangulated model (polygon file)

    That was a great tutorial! Been using Rhino for over a decade but never much for texturing. Didn't know some of those capabilities! I have an issue trying to fix the mapping on a surface that is stretched at the ends. Think of a simple u-shape surface bent in two directions. The low middle part is textured fine, but the ends are really stretched out.. not sure how to fix this? (Wish I could post a picture of it here.)
