Has your team had a "trouble making" player?!
Matt Cooke 😫 (penguins)
Kane and Laine (Jets)
Kadri
Leipsc
Josh ho sang
Let’s do NHL stars who weren’t sued(but could have been). Like when Domi fought a guy in the penalty box, or Milbury went into the stands a beat a guy with his own shoe.
I thought the shoe thing was Mike Milbury.
@@christophermerlot3366 whoops! Edited that 🤣
Domi was sued , he won then settled with the guy flying the guy to Toronto for playoff hockey
The fan touched Domi and fell into the penalty box. Was fair game.
Hi coach jeremy
I still don’t understand how a guy loses 27 million while gambling. After losing the first couple million you’d think Kane would be like alright this is obviously not going well 😂
That’s the addiction kicking in and probably his inflated ego
But you right… when do say “enough”…? Ya know?
But they let you win enough so that it gives you hope that you'll be able to keep winning.
He's betting 1M per spin/roll/hand
well it wasn't straight 27 million in gambling losses. It played a huge part. Tons of his debt is due to loans he took out and bought shit like cars, houses, supporting 7 family members, interest, losing millions in gambling etc..
The "Money-Phone" was not just douchie, it was also INCREDIBLY ill timed and tone deaf. This was posted to social media at the beginning of the most recent lockout. So you have hundreds and hundreds of Arena and concession staff all laid off with zero income while he jets off to Vegas and posts this.
So it wasn't just douchie... Who can blame a twenty-something for being douchie. The timing and context were the REAL issue.
Burger van probably has Kane on speed dial
LOL
Please No
"He'll replace what we lost in Shea Weber!"
How have I never heard that nickname before now? Haha. That’s hilarious.
😂😂😂😂 “burger van”
I remember watching Bertuzzi as a kid, he was my favourite player
I watched that hit on Moore and was crushed when I realized what had happened. As a kid I thought it was just him standing up for our Captain, wasn't until a couple days later did I find out what actually happened
I was devastated
Don't feel too bad. That hit on naslund kinda ended his career. Was NEVER the same player. He could have reached bure points
@@felipepineda1585 true, he really wasn’t as good after
Still a solid player, but he would’ve been on a HoF path
@@felipepineda1585 so Moore answering the bell multiple times, for a hit, and ending his career for another career is right? SMH
@@felipepineda1585 so Peterson should have his head taken off for his punch to the neck of Hartman right?
@@christyouredumb956- no i do not condone what berttuzzi did. And in his defense he offered to fight moore, more than once, but he was afraid I assume. You need to expect payback after you leveled our captain. Also, I like how you also left out that naslund was never the same player again. So have a cup of take it easy.
I like the shirt in the background!! MUCH RESPECT!! 🙏🏻✌🏻🤜🏻
✌🏻

Speaking of Kane. Dude is on fire right now playing with mcjesus.
Wideman actually missed 20 games because the nhl waited until he had sat out 20 before letting him appeal. And he did have a concussion.
the linesman having to pay the legal fees after the wideman case being tossed out of court is messed up. it makes sense, but jeez.
Me: sees title
Also me: instantly thinks of Danny Heatley
(Danny Heatley is a freaking all star when it comes to the memes lol)
Yes, we all know.
Did I hear 50 in 07?
I throughly love this videos!
Respect to the shirt 🙏🏻🙏🏻
On the Yashin story there is one more info missing from his saga he actually gave money to a museum here in Ottawa back then and he actually retract his offer and ask the museum for his money back...What a nice piece of work
Anyone else come into this video expecting Tie Domi and Mike Milbury to be on here?
love the shirt in the back buddy!
They are most definitely needs to be a part two to this
Melnyk bought the Sens in 2003, well after the arena was built and Yashin was traded. You're not wrong about him being cheap, and he screwed up a potential new arena in the downtown by being a grade A douche, but he was not the original owner.
Yeah I started that part of the script talking about Dany Heatley and added Yashin in after. My bad, thanks for the correction!
Love the every child matters shirts thanks for supporting indigenous people like me and all the others out there the stories i heard bout my family and my wifes family it was very eye opening
The new set looks sick!
Thanks dude!
The goldeneye theme is perfect
5:26 love how the goalie is encouraging the other goalie to come down LOL
Love the shirt in the back ground bro
Love the "Every Child Matters" shirt in the background bro. Respect!
love ur vids Rob
I never knew about the hit on Naslund by Moore. Always thought it was unmotivated. Good to have some backstory on that historic hit! Great video my guy!
Just wanna see the dog Rob! Good vid bud.
Thanks my dude!
Right on for the orange shirt Rob! 👍🏾
Love the shirt on the wall brother.
That punch Bertuzzi gave Moore. Its sends shivers down my back. He deserved jail time for that fucking punch.
Yeah, not the teammates piling up on him which caused the injury?
Watch any game on tv today and count the nuber of times you see a player do what bert did. Double digits in every game. Bert did the right thing there and made a fan of me which i hadnt been prior.
Moore not being Jailed for an obvious attempt to assault someone is also sickening.
And his teammates jumping on him, as we have learned from the Derek Chauvin trial, they should all be jailed for the trauma they caused
Melnyk wasn't around for the Yashin debacle, he bought the team and all its problems in 2003.
Kane is really good! But he's ruining his own career
All these new allegations came once he dropped his ex-wife. Sounds like she's a little bitter IMO
I’ve been watching your content for a few years now. Keep up the good work. My Edmonton bretheran. How about Connor. Absolute craziness.
You skipped the mot famous one: John Zeigler suing Bobby Orr. The Commish sued Bobby Orr!
A new series you could do could be lithe story of this or that player, like players that faced adversity to reach the NHL
Great video, but you do have one mistake. Eugene Melnyk didn’t buy the Ottawa Senators till 2003 long after Yashin had left
Just came across your other channel while doing research before getting a GTI. So weird recognizing someone on a different part of RUclips.
Hahaha
Next Video Idea: Top 20 Best Value Contracts in the NHL (Which player is outperforming their contract the most?)
The ref got screwed. He didn't do anything to deserve the hit nor the large payout to the guy who hit him.
Nice shirt 👍
WHERES YOUR DOG!!! Lol we need him
Just want to point out Melnk didn’t own the team until 2003-2004, Yashi was already traded by that point
Moore already fought earlier in the game. How many times was he supposed to answer the bell in the same game?
More should have been suspended for the hit on Naslund and none of this would have happened. It's not the first superstar Moore cheap shotted either, that guy was a menace to the league.
Melnyk wasn't around when Yashin was in Ottawa
Edmonton oilers sure loves kane!!!!!!
Lmaooo "do it"
get your facts straight Eugene Melnyk was not the owner of the Senators when Yashin was playing it was Rob Bryden
Um I didn't go through all the comments, but please tell me I'm not the only one who was STOKED to hear (at least what sounded like) the music from GoldenEye for N64.
What’s the city behind Kane in the photo with the 100 $ bills?
Vegas
The place where he lost all his money and gained all his STDs
LV where Kane can gamble his lights out.
Caint believe they allowed Bertuzzi to return after sucker punching someone like that and jumping on them braking their back and ending their career ! Bettman at his finnest! fuiging hate that guy !
It’s moores fault for being a pussy and not taking a fight after a cheap shot hit
Moore a coward and payed the price
Rob, what happened to your Avs jersey?
Orange shirt day takes priority for the time being
Hated how they all piled on Moore
If a these things happen off the ice these players would have spent jail time.
That's true for literally every single type of hit in the game (even legal ones) though. A hockey game is essentially a continuous assault case where both sides waived their legal rights. But only as long as you assault in the allowed manner. If you assault in a non-approved manner, then it IS assault.
It's best not to think about it. Because it literally makes no sense. But it's grandfathered in to the point that we forget to question it.
@@skeppartorsk same with mma really
SHOW US THE DOG AGAIN ROB!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmmm
This dude, Kane .. is the poster boy for "idiot"
Honestly there’s a reason I wrote “congrats sens fans” when Melnyk died. The same when Wirtz died in 2007
Liked for the dog
Who’s your favourite player on the Cannuks since their your favourite team
Elias Pettersson overall, but Nils Höglander might take the cake 😳
@@RobTalksHockey ahh okay that’s cool
@@RobTalksHockey their both pretty good players
The fact that the NHLPA actually wants to file a grievance if San Jose terminates Kane's contract is absolutely embarrassing
"pure Degenerate Behaviour!"...that about sums up Evander Kane Rob!!! :^)
Everybody like we wanna see his dog again!
real ones were here when the thumbnail had Kane on it
Whatever happened with the Brashear, McSorley incident?
McSorley was suspended for a year and then later charged with Assault Of A Deadly Weapon but then never played again after his suspension was up
Imagine being an active NHL player who is borderline homeless.
Wideman didn't even know what planet he was on.
Being an Owen sound attack fan, I think you missed something pretty significant about heatley…
Actually the Bertuzzi Moore incident didn’t occur in the next game. There was one more game before that one which ended up in a 5-5 tie. However, nothing ugly happened in that one. When the incident happened, Colorado was up by about 7 goals so Vancouver thought that was the perfect time to attack Moore. He shouldn’t have had to fight Bertuzzi anyway because he already fought once earlier in that game. It should’ve been over right then and there, but I guess in Bertuzzi’s eyes, it wasn’t enough. Moore should have been suspended for that hit on Naslund. If he was, Bertuzzi probably wouldn’t have attacked him.
I see alexei yashin I'm gonna click
Is Bertuzzi a villain or a hero? A brute, or a martyr upkeeping "The Code"?
Narcissism at its finest.
He scored 3 goals tonight.
The results of what Bertuzzi did would not happen again in a million years. We see way more dangerous plays than that almost every game.
Future khl star Evander kane
Let's see:
Moore had already fought in that game, so saying he wouldn't "man up to fight" is misleading at best, dickish at worst.
And calling Bertuzzi a "superstar"? WTF.
I've stuck with you before but this is just....
Fighting Matt Cooke and avoiding Bertuzzi isn't manning up, it's selective. Also trying to slam Cookes head on the ice.
If he was smart he would have fought and benched himself after he was asked again to fight.
But really what would have helped is if he was suspended for 30 games for his blatant attempt to injure someone, he caused massive head trauma to Naslund and effectively ended what was looking like a HoF career, i'm not sure why he wasn't sued into oblivion by Naslund.
Your video titles and thumbnail always remind of paparazzi magazines I see while in grocery store lineups.
YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE what Brad said to Angelina
liked for your dog, hes a good boy.
NHL won’t suspend Kane.
NHL: Being on the Sharks is punishment enough
Ur awesome
Kane is like A B in the Nfl
Kane is still The best offense of player the sharks have.
Dennis Wideman was not greatly loved by his Calgary Flames coach
You missed a shit-ton of details on the Wideman story. There is a whole thing about a history of Henderson trying to milk the system and live a life of grandeur off his multitude of injuries (injuries even unrelated to the Wideman hit). Also there are at least 2 camera angles that show how Wideman a) had his bell rung, and b) didn't even seem to see Henderson prior to the flinch-hit on him. Also watch it in real time as slow-mo makes it seem like there is intent.
He cross checked him, wdym?
@@apostasishind87 Watch the effing replays.
@@milktobo7418 He originally didn't see him, I agree, but when he ran in to him he extended his stick into his upper back and head.
@@apostasishind87 How does that even matter? You ever had your bell rung before? It takes all your concentration to stay on your feet and the rest is instinct. If you think Wideman is responsible then great, keep victim blaming.
@@milktobo7418 I've been hit into the boards many times, and it is very hard to concentrate, but his first instinct was to cross check the ref in the neck.
I am no hockey fan and I dont really follow the NHL but didnt Pettersson also got manhandled pretty badly on at least two occasions? I am thinking of a situation when some guy was trying to land a hit on him but Pettersson dodged it and instead, the guy 100% purposely hit him with a spinning elbow right in the face (and dont even suggest that the guy didnt know EXACTLY what he was doing). The other situation was when a guy was outplayed by Pettersson and then followed him and lifted him up and slammed him to the ice outside of the play.... And once again; I dont know Hockey at all but isnt it supposed to be some kind of terror balance? Like , if we are going after your rookies, you get beat up the next line change by our enforcers? Seems to me that Petterssons teammate just let those things happen.
And I am not saying that Pettersson is a coward that let these things affect him. I have 20 years of MMA and thaiboxing experience with 10+ thai fights under the belt and I know how things can marginally affect you mentality which makes you doubt and hesitate just for a millisecond. Like if your first lowkick in a match is checked before your adrenaline is pumped up and it hurts like hell, you WILL hesitate to throw another one unless you are a totally psycho or or something. So maybe something like this is also affecting Pettersson, making him think just a millisecond to long instead of just reacting.
lol Todd bertrusi 🤔
What did happen to Evander Kane? Haven't heard anything about him in a while. 😂
Seeing Moore already fought someone in response to that hit Bertuzzi request is nullified. Get your facts right
Nah, You intentionally head hunt and ruin a guys career, you can expect to fight more than once in a game, and then Moore tried to slam Cookes head on the ice. The only reason Moore's hit isn't sitting up there as one of the top 3 headshots is because Naslund got up.
Karma is a biatch
Still, hard to know truth these days, I'm not willing to diss Kane the person. Don't know him.
A lot of these new allegations came all at once...once he dropped his wife. Wonder how much she is involved
Theo fleury would been to differ Scott degeneracy.
should mention Melynk bought the Ottawa Senators at the end of summer 2003 cause they were going bankrupt
Kane should have been playing in Russia based on everything he's done. Every team he has played for, he's left a wake of destruction. Every team he's played for hates his guts. The Oilers didn't have him long enough for him to get into trouble again. He'll fuck up with his next team. it's just a matter of time.
I think Wiedman was "out of it" after that hit and acting on pure instinct.. That was just "muscle memory" IMO - very similar to people sleepwalking... Evander Kane tho is a total douche bag, lol.. Kane is NOT sleepwalking after a huge hit and he's done all of this stuff knowingly, smh.. He's NOT a rapper he's a hockey player, lol...
Bertuzzi did the right thing, you elbow the captain like that and not gonna fight, you're gonna pay. Especially in that day of hockey. McCarty did the same shit and is looked at as a hero, so I don't understand why bert gets all the hate.
lol totally forgotten about heatly and yashin. Guess they were not that good. To bad about bertuzzi, now he was good
like for the doggos
the player that hit the ref is a disgusting human being
Bro Evander Kane’s situation feels like a witch hunt at this point
Ottawa Senators have the absolute worst ownershp.
Bertuzzi never pled guilty it was thrown out on a technicality
He absolutely did plead guilty as it was apart of the plea bargain.
Just because it didnt go to court and both parties threw it out after plea bargain. He does still have to accept criminal record and assault charge.
@@MiraSubieGirl no after looking back he didn’t he pled guilty he pled no contest which is not the same as guilty under Canadian law. He doesn’t have a criminal record because of it
The problem in Ottawa is the Ownership. remove that man from owning an NHL team and Ottawa will get better.
If Moore didn't get injured he'd be the one remembered for a cheap shot if he was remembered at all. Too bad he was injured but if Bertuzzi clocked him like he shoulda then that's hockey. If the refs can't police the game the players have to.
If i remember correctly Moore already fought at the start of that game
Then get him to fight or something. Don't do the most damaging cheapshot in NHL history. The context obviously matters but Bertuzzi had no authority to take such action. He could've fucking killed him
@@mathieudubois2827 Yeah, he got the smaller Matt Cookes sweater over his head and won. The game then got outta hand (9-2 Colorado) and Moore shouldn't have remained on the ice. Loads of mistakes all around. Naslund was a Paul Kariya type player and they need to be protected by the league, didn't happen.
The Colorado coach had no business playing Moore at that point in the game as col were up like 6-2. The sucker punch was bad but the dog pile is what sealed his fate. A big shame all around and poor Moore but he should have fought for his elbow and he also should not been on the ice protected by his coach
@@mathieudubois2827 Moore grabbed the Canucks smallest guy and thought that was answering the bell. Half the Canucks roster asked him to fight after the Cooke fight and Moore declined. Bertuzzi did what a good teammate would do but obviously he went too far. I feel bad for Moore in that he broke his back and got a concussion, terrible, but there were many reports that Moore could have returned to hockey and decided to case the lawsuit instead. No respect for that. If you’re gonna throw a dirt elbow like that on the current leading scorer in the NHL, expect to have to answer the bell.
