- Hello there,
today I have a delicious recipe idea that I would like to share with you. In this video, I'll show you how to prepare tasty chicken meatballs that are perfect as a snack for parties or as an ingredient for a delicious vegetable soup. This recipe is not only delicious but also healthy and easy to make.
Ingredients:
250g chicken breast
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg
20g breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Sunflower oil for frying
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients except the sunflower oil into a food processor and finely chop them until the consistency resembles ground meat.
Heat a pan with sunflower oil and fry the small-shaped chicken meatballs until they are golden brown on both sides.
These mini meatballs are perfect as a snack or finger food for parties. Kids will love them and can enjoy them with ketchup or other dips.
You can also add the meatballs to a delicious vegetable soup, and you'll be surprised how tasty the soup becomes with them.
