Very balanced and practical. Skillfulness, discernment, intention, motivation, execution, concerns for own compassion, wise effort, integrity, balance of reality of life.
The interviewer has good insights, addresses ego and importance of family.
I appreciate learning from their experiences, Sharon’s personable delivery, inclusiveness, and for their encouragement.

it is amazing how something that was used few thousand years ago in India and only now we come to know more of it, learn it use it to improve people lives.
There is always some truth to old saying or old way of practicing things. Don't abandon old ways instead if it is good learn it to see how it works. Until now can science explain HOW meditation reshaped the brain ?
If our mind or consciousness is created by the brain, then how come doing meditation can reshape the brain ? So does this means consciousness is NOT created by the brain.
