Bought one of these yesterday. Took about 3 hours from un-packing to test fire. Nice unit, heavy duty. Ordered s cover for it through Amazon. You are correct it is heavy no question about it. Liked your video, it was helpful.

Awesome! You are going to enjoy this beast. The cover is great, exact fit. Mine faded a bit since the grill sits in the direct morning sun, but the cover has never gotten "brittle." It sat out all last winter too with no issues. The grill will likely do everything you need it to do (and at a reasonable cost). This thing also heats up in seconds.
Thank you for watching my video and taking time to leave a great comment! Truly glad it helped! Happy grilling & smoking!

HNX Media you are right. I was very pleased how fast it heats up. Neighbors and I broke it in last night. Good stuff for sure. Instructions and all the pieces and parts are laid out very nice. It was not a big deal at all to assemble. Everything fit up nicely, no modifications at all. Take care, lots of left overs to eat. 😃

Really enjoyed the video. I’m a mechanic by trade and usually use RUclips as a resource for things like this. I also have my own Channel and produce videos from time to time. Your video is well laid out and I enjoyed the humor and sarcasm. Thanks again.

Thanks for the video, any idea if it will fit in the back seat of a suburban?

It should. I brought it home on a Jeep Wrangler hitch rack (about 3x5 aprrox). Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment.

I ended up just using a trailer. The box was pretty good size, even if it would fit in the side door it would of been too much of a pain to maneuver it into place and lift the 200 lbs

Bought mine today. Only thing I needed help with was bolting the smoker box on. And yes. This bitch is heavy. Took 2 hours to build. Very easy.

ae4xo I work at lowes where we assemble these. About an hour and a half maybe if you got a good screw gun. The first time through though can be a very frustrating experience.

Returned mine… Your not going to be able to regulate temp. If your using the gas side there is no way to get the smoking side down to temp. This is a 5 star headache.

Temp gauges are notoriously unreliable on any grill (especially over time). Not using a dedicated temp probe is amateur grilling and a waste of time/meat.
