After a terrible 2022, shell-shocked financial backers have a lot to think about and losses to recover from. An expansion report and a wealth of other data did little to alter assumptions that the Central bank would likely keep raising interest rates regardless of whether the economy slows down. Great tips….. I remembered when I realized how much buying fast good
3 times a day was really costing me. 😵‍💫 and I self taught on how to do my hair and started practicing on my nails. I was spending at least $60 every 2 weeks on nails/ pedi. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I adapted the mindset that doing things myself is saving the money for the things I really want, not feeling limited or stretched thin.

Saving $ does help people but for a temporary time. That $ they save is a temporary safety-net.
I know of someone who saved 90K. He has 70K in one bank and 20K in another back.
He now lives life with less stress because of that safety net
But people can also make more $ by spending it, and it can also be a ongoing/residual income.

here's something very minor to put the whole "eating out" piece in perspective: I have (had) been ordering "inexpensive" Chinese take-out every Wednesday for the past couple of years, kinda like a Hump Day tradition/reward -- I finally thought about it, & while a $15 (food + tip) weekly doesn't seem like a big deal at all, that's $780 per year just for take-out...Now think about someone who dines at various restaurants several times a week & is spending way more than $15 per meal -- that's huge

I’ve currently been doing the same for a year. It’s not exactly hard for me to have discipline money wise because I know that there’s a higher goal. It’s just a matter of staying focused and being as minimal as possible. It’s amazing for me to see all the things I don’t need to make me happy and then on the flip side, see people around me consume like it’s going out of style (and they’re usually a little less happier every time). More does not equal more. Money is amazing, I’d just rather see mine in experiences than in materials. And this is coming from someone who has squandered money frivolously living the luxury lifestyle. I love luxe yes but there’s a massive difference between quality and quantity. I also find that when u have less to crowd your physical and mental space, you have less decision fatigue and in turn, your choices and your ideas just constantly hit top tier levels $$$. Good luck to you on your journey and thank you for the upload.
