I saw the play a week ago. It's not going to require much tightening to get it in shape for what should be a splendid opening night for Delia Ephron to celebrate. They say the less you notice the direction, the better it works so I hope Susan Stroman is remembered when Tony nominations roll around. Her work with only two other actors, who she makes seem like a dozen, is really subtle. I could feel the preview audience really lean into what was happening on stage. Peter Gallagher does seem to play a man whose only flaw is he puts spicy red pepper flecks on everything. This appealing show should find it's way to gold.
Henry and Phoebe Ephron were writers, including writing for various types of media. They went on to have FOUR daughters. Nora, Delia, Hallie and Amy. All of them have had varying degrees of success as writers.
I tried reading her book after enjoying Nora Ephron's hilariously witty "I Feel Bad About My Neck." Was very disappointed. Too much strident kvetching.
Yeah, it screams “adapted from a book.” I’m sure it’s a compelling story, but I don’t understand why it’s onstage when their approach seems so blandly untheatrical.
Delia Ephron, you are Superwoman. Blessings and continued success..
The play was fantastic and the 4 person cast Is terrific. Highly recommend!
Julianna Margulies is a Brilliant Actress.
She can play any role.
Wow. I wish I could see that play. Hope it's a success and maybe a film can be made.
What an amazing woman❣️
She's very special and inspiring

I love broad way of way broad.
A super famous and connected and successful Hollywood screenwriter has a play on Broadway? No way!
Didn't know Nora had a sister. Self-involved NY drama, but congratulations surviving Cancer. I like Peter Gallagher too.
She has two.
Self-involved?

What happened to Julian margoles face?
She 58. Let's see YOUR face!
I like Nora, I like Delia, but not so much Ms Marguiles anymore…
Wish actors would stop changing their faces to plastic surgery. It’s so unnatural.
A story a bout ivanhose restaurant upland Indiana food is really good and Sunday and shakes the boom
The play looks excruciating. Pass.

I loved her sister, Norah Ephron, so much.
Everything really is copy.
Just like Nora said!
she doesn't know what introvert means
