I am a nonprofit founder who now works full time as the Executive Director for the nonprofit I started many years ago. Designing and launching a program to carry out your nonprofit's mission is a CRITICAL aspect of running an organization. If your program is not designed thoughtfully, you may not make the impact you hope to! In this video I talk through 6 questions you need to ask yourself in order to think through creating an effective nonprofit program.

We’re actually helping a nonprofit design a new fundraising program-an employee giving program-and it’s the exact same as you’ve illustrated here. In other words, we take the “resources needed” and break it down like a mini program.

Hey there! :) You need a board of directors with unrelated people - the IRS will consider it a red flag if a board has only 1 member or members that are related by family or business.

Hey Layla, no worries at all, thanks for your feedback! I tried my best to price the training reasonably based on the hours and investment placed into it and compared to other trainings out there. Hey there! I would recommend you google city grants for nonprofits in your city - many cities have them! Then you can look at their grant applications and determine what questions you need to answer.
Pls spell me out the smat goals is it timebound or what pls ?
SMART - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timebound (meaning, it happens within a specified timeframe).
