Is there any rule that need to be followed or things i should be aware of by law that could get us in to trouble or permeants?
It depends on your region / state as they have different rules for different activities; I recommend looking it up for your area!

I am not part of Argenta staff personally so I do not have a way of doing that, but if you send their customer service an inquiry they could perhaps help you / explain why?

6. Marketing Strategy: Inadequate marketing and promotion efforts.
7. Contingencies: Lack of contingency planning.
8. Story and Impact: Overlooking the importance of storytelling and showcasing the impact of the cause.
9. The Follow-Up: Inadequate follow-up after the fundraising event.
