I just purchased a Dreamcloud original hybrid. After unboxing, I noticed the top cover’s zip isn’t going all the way to the end. Is that common or is that a defect?
Base model is hard..I mean firm hard. Not even close to medium firm. It's like firm plus. Never had back issues. In a week my lower back is killing me. Might as well of bought a piece of wood to sleep on.
I’m on day 3 and this thing sinks a lot. I feel like my arms are elevated above my body. It feels really soft. If you like a super soft bed you might like it. It doesn’t have enough support for me I’m returning it. For context I’m 200 pounds and a back sleeper. My wife is 115 and a back sleeper, she did not like it either. Way too soft
Received as replacement for original Dreamcloud and it is the worst mattress ever. Way too firm for side sleepers. Horrible customer service. Now I'm stuck with it!!
@ everyone thinking about this mattress, skip it. Bad bad quality. Forget the “cashmere” top. I was gonna originally get this mattress until I tried it in a showroom. Got a WinkBed luxury firm instead and it’s so comfortable and it hits you.

I love how you test out the mattresses thoroughly
These are 50% off right now on their website just FYI
DreamCloud looks like it is my next bed!
Great review. Thanks
Thanks for watching!
My husband and I will probably like this option.
Any idea how firmness might compare to Leesa Original? Thanks for the video!
Hi Chris. Great question. We rated the Leesa Original as a 5.5(medium soft) and the DreamCloud is around 6.5 out of 10(medium firm).
Thanks!
You bet!
I like the Brooklyn bedding so it's a toss up between the Dreamcloud and BB
I’m deciding between the titan as well
What's the difference between this one and Premier?
I'm probably going to choose the Rest model over this one.
How is it
Where does this mattresses rank with all mattresses?

How could a bed be to soft for one and to firm for another? It's either soft or firm.
It’s soft or firm relative to what that type of sleeper needs. A heavy weight person ideally uses a firmer bed for more support.
This bed is probably too soft for me.

Not firm enough for me. Thank you though.
All good. Thanks for watching.
