Best trailer so far. Not only because it's the highest quality yet IMO, but it also represents the gameplay itself pretty nicely. In it's own cinematic way, but it couldn't be done better. Great job art team!
I find myself often enough to be one of those players, always blocking off the exit and then being completely baffled when the team just runs in the opposite direction 😂
Just yesterday we had the bounty and the two teams that were waiting for us camped so hard that they didn't even see each other. Like how does that even happen... Of course we escaped while they killed each other

Other than the garbage Netflix console UI that barely works, this update is a breath of fresh air for the game. No more pop in everytime i aim when looking in the direction of a tree. Glorious!

Hunt: Showdown was initially supposed to be a third person shooter PVE only, but then crytek rejected the idea. The rejected idea went on to become Remnant: From the Ashes (and it's sequel), and you'll see a lot of similarities between that game and Hunt, although Remnant leans more into cosmic horror and sci-fi and plays like a soulslike. It's also PVE.

That's still on there my guy, idk what button it is on PC but click the pause button on console in the ready up screen, go down to inspect equipment under teammates and there you go. Maybe quit whining like a little girl and LOOK also, in my opinion, the UI is significantly better than that PC garbage UI we used to have lmao

I have played it today. I can say that I loved old Hunt better. HDR is so bright that it burned my eyes. In menu everything is different. And there were also some glitches and errors that I never experienced in old Hunt. This is so dissapointing, they spoiled such great game.
Good cinematic, good map, havent experienced the bullet drop yet, but the UI. Its way harder to navigate into the game through this UI then to extract with the bounty.

The new UI is extremely difficult to navigate and frustrating. Can you just get rid of contraband all together? It makes it even more difficult to load a hunter and add and remove hunters.

The UI needs a little work, but I'll take that every day after playing the new map and engine it's the same feeling (if not better) as playing hunt for the first time. Love the game even more!!
Launched a game -> was shocked by how bad and uncomfortable new interface is when buying stuff -> loadouts for some reson don`t auto equip consumables -> got in a match -> opened a map when someone banished a boss -> game freezed and never unfreezed -> restarted the game -> got stuck on a blackscreen with hud when reconected for literal 8 minutes -> alt+f4 Solid 2/10 update 2 for a new map

I can't express how happy I am for this. I loved the game when it launched and played it a lot. Nit after the graphical downgrade, I was unable to play anymore as it made me feel motion sickness. Now I'm back in the bayou, and oh my, so happy. There is no other game like Hunt. Just the UI, which is now addressed, and I would love the ability to pick a playlist of themes to play in the menu. Love them all, but the original humming one hits differently when it greats me in the lobby.
TBF the UI hides a bunch of previously visible information in submenus and is optimized for controllers in a way it becomes much more cumbersome on PC.
Wish you'd have replaced the anti-cheat, as we are seeing an increased number of cheaters already (not surprising on free play weekends and when its the hot game out). Great job on the servers for launch! 56k+ people playing at once on Steam and didn't see any real issues!! New map looks & plays great!! Areas of opportunity: UI (you've addressed that in the video on 16 Aug on Twitter) Improved communications (quicker info out would help) In-game optimization of the new map, as there are a handful of areas that really crush the FPS of all players. Seen folks w/ lower graphics cards drop down to 30fps in spots and even folks w/ 4090s drop to double digits (going from 180s-200s down to 90s).

Insane job on the new map! I love the way it plays out! Graphics are insanely good even on lower settings and the layouts with all those pathways and flankingroutes are just so much fun! I am not a fan of some of the other changes with traps becoming more of a thing and the UI is certainly not what everyone was craving for, but the map for me is the core of this Update and i just love it so far!

The Menu kills me 😅 and where is the KDA? The first time I can understand how old people feel if they use an electronic device for the first time 😂
Love the engine, the graphics, the sound and all the lovely detail ingame. But please consider reworking the UI for PC-Players. 10/10 game, 5/10 UI

I am not a fan of some of the other changes with traps becoming more of a thing and the UI is certainly not what everyone was craving for, but the map for me is the core of this Update and i just love it so far!
No FOV on next gen consoles :( RIP 🙏
