A great program for software enabled KVM that I use all the time is, Stardock's Multiplicity. I run 6 computers with it at a time. Three are in seamless mode and three in KVM mode.
Thanks for stopping by. I've seen one post where someone said they installed the Samsung Multi-Control from the Microsoft Store. I seriousaly doubt that though, since it's not actually an app you can download, but baked into the Samsung Settings. You can try searching for it and seeing if it works, just make sure it's from Samsung though. You'll most likely need a galaxy book though.
Sorry for the slow reply. Personally, I wouldn't bother with anyting like Multi-control for multiple phones. I'd use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and supports mulitple profiles, and would just switch between profiles to go between devices. For example, I have the Logitech MX Master 3s and the Samsung Keyboard trio keyboard, and they both have 3 profiles and switching between them just takes a sec. There's probably a ton of ways to about this, but that's what I'd likely start with.
Thanks for stopping by. You should be able to get to Multi-Control via the Samsung Settings app, under Connected Devices. I will admit I haven't used it in a while though, but it should be in that general area.
hi, can you please check to write on tab s9 keyboard while being in on book3. So please use the keyboard of tabs9 to write something on the book3. I have problems with this. my z is always a y ... cant solve the problem. ...
Thanks for stopping by. I don't think doing that is supported, just the other way around. Meaning you can type on the book3 and have it appear on the tablet, but I don't think you can do it the other way around.
Sorry for the super slow reply. No, they're actually quite a bit different. The tab S9 s pen gets charged to use Bluetooth air actions, while the Galaxy book s pen doesn't have Bluetooth. They're slightly different sizes as well, but are close. You can use them interchangeably though, minus the air actions stuff.
Hey, I just came here for the troubleshooting. It was VERY stupid. I did restart my laptop, and I even restarted my phone a few days back. The solution for me was to do a hard reset. So, turn the device off completely, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on. Then it connected right up. lol. Really frustrating that it was that simple. Really hope Samsung fixes this bug. Because Multi Control is one of my favorite features by far. IN addition to being able to use my buds 2 pro between devices and seamless connectivity.
Great video thanks .. have a question if able to help .. everytime i do an update windows or samsung on my Samsung book 360 v2 it losses the dolby atmos setting and i have to enter the dolby sound to switch on again is there anyway i can make this setting fixed and stay permanet
So that happens on yours too, good to know it's not just me, lol. I honestly haven't looked for a solution yet because my girl has taken over the book2 while I daily drive the 3 now. I don't recall it happening after every update though, mainly only after Samsung firmware/bios updates. If I come across a solution, I'll post a quick yt short about it. Thanks for stopping by, I appreciate you.
Sorry for the slow reply, been out for a couple cataract eye surgeries. To the best of my knowledge, no, it doesn't. I think only the tab s7 onwards does, but they may have added support via an update. There's been a lot of updates to mulit-control lately, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's now supported.
Can I use Galaxy tab for note taking/drawing when connected to Galaxy book (without touchscreen) as second screen ? If yes is there a noticeable lag or its ok? Thank you
No, unfortunately Multi-Control doesn't work like that. You can however use Samsung Second Screen or use the 3rd party app called Super Display to extend the screen, but nothing for using the tablet as a writing device. At least not that I can think of off hand. Thanks for stopping by.
I wish mine worked! It keeps saying I have an accessibility feature turned on that won't let me move my cursor to my phone. I'm using a Galaxy Tab S7+.
Please make sure you have a bluetooth keyboard or the Samsung book cover keyboard attached to the tab s7+, or you'll get some crazy messages like that. Also check your Accessibility settings to make sure none of the Interactive and dexterity settings are on. Thanks for stopping by.
Same crap here. I am using the Tab S7+, Samsung original keyboard is on, wifi connected to the same network. Both bluetooths are on, but it keeps saying that I have accessibility feature turned on. I turned off extra light Dim and auto click but nothings changed. Any hint? Thank u very much
You'll find multi control in the Samsung Settings app in the Connected Devices section. You can also open the Samsung Experience app and it's there as well.
I'm happy to help my friend, and thanks for stopping by. Yep, the Settings app has been updated since this video, I'll be doing an updated video on them once I get the new Galaxy Experience update that's coming out. In the meantime, for Multi control, head over to the Connected Devices tab in Settings, and Multi control will be there. It will open up as a separate app when it loads up, but everything else has remained the same. If you get stuck, shoot me an email and I'll get you a couple screenshots. Email address is on my About page, RUclips will block this comment if I drop it here.
yes, you need to use an external comand file that makes yor windows pc have the id of a galaxy book (have multicontrol, samsung notes and all the ecosystem futures) the only impediment here is that you need to have a intel wifi and bluethoot (only intel's pc can use thes functions) oh and the comand you need to execute the first time that you download it, is permanent the effect of the samsung id until you format your os
That's tough. For day to day use, I prefer the tab S9. For productivity and for the channel, tab s8 ultra. The S9 is faster, but not by a huge margin, unless you're pushing it, then it shows. I'd go with your gut when it comes to which screen size makes the most sense for your use cases.
Thanks for stopping by, and my apologies for the slow reply. I've been away from youtube for a bit for back to back eye surgeries. That's correct, Multi-Control is only for Samsung phones, tablets and laptops, it won't work with other devices. They are updating Multi-Control quite a bit lately though, so this may change in the near future.
As Mr. Talion mentioned, you could probably get by using Wi-Fi direct, but I don't think it be worth the hassle in the long run. By default, you'd lose Internet on the laptop, unless you shared your mobile, which might work. But the real problem is, is that multi control is real finicky, and adding more to the equation will likely make it even less reliable. Thanks for stopping by.
It's mainly to save you from having to connect up multiple keyboards and mice and/or to help in not having to drag out a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to switch between the devices. You can just use the laptop for all of it. I think that's main benefit really. Personally, I rarely use this feature.
While Apple is updating ringingtone
🤣👍

Oh wow, I didn't even know it existed, thanks for sharing this my friend! I hope you've been doing great, thanks for another visit.
@@RADERTECHThey make a lot of great software. Start 10/11 makes your computer like Windows 7 for $5!
@@pz3112 Nice!

Any way to force this to work if the laptop is not Samsung?

On 12:23min of the link I sent, it shows you can use your samsung tablet as an extended screen which is pretty cool.
How would you share a mouse keyboard on multiple samsung galaxy phones?
Sorry for the slow reply. Personally, I wouldn't bother with anyting like Multi-control for multiple phones. Is the S Pen for the Galaxy Tab S9 the same model as the Galaxy 3's S Pen?
Sorry for the super slow reply. No, they're actually quite a bit different. The tab S9 s pen gets charged to use Bluetooth air actions, while the Galaxy book s pen doesn't have Bluetooth. I know what you mean, multi-control can be very finicky at times. Sometimes a good old restart is all that's needed. Thanks for stopping by.

Samsung Flow. There's a couple videos about it here on the channel. Thanks for stopping by.

Do all of them have to be samsung devices?
For Multi-Control, yes. It's a Samsung exclusive feature, so all of the devices have to be Samsung. Thanks for stopping by.
@RADERTECH Thanks I was wondering why it wasn't connecting. Now I know
What is the name of programe in the laptop
You'll find multi control in the Samsung Settings app in the Connected Devices section. You can also open the Samsung Experience app and it's there as well.

Does multi control work via 5g? Or if you use mobile hotspot?
Maybe with WiFi direct
