i’d go to a totally different continent if my partner pressured me into getting plastic surgery and was making me insecure because i couldn’t have a perfect body forever.

I’m a 15 year old non binary, I have a girlfriend of two years and I am really worried she has a eating disorder that makes it so she fears gaining weight, she over works herself, and rarely drinks water and most days will only eat one meal a day. I have told her so many times that it is really not healthy but she doesn’t listen to me since COVID we have drifted farther and farther apart I still love her the same and I know she still loves me the same I’m really worried for her health since we’re 15 we still live with our parents and I don’t know what to do I feel like a bad partner for getting on her so much cause she gets annoyed about it, any advice?
