Died....absolutly died. Back in the day my husband was deployed in Iraq and I was in Germany with our 5 kids and 1 on the way. I was playing around and got a 15 kilo PR on my deadlift 1.5 weeks prior to droppin baby #6 and my warrior Apache pilot husband put his back out ....tying his boot and his story of scooting like the Dillon inch worm to call for help....beautiful. Yes, more teamwork makin the dream work team Loewen!

Currently watching this with a back/neck injury. If I had thought to pee in the tub yesterday that would have made life a whole lot easier. I feel ya.
LBKFit always puts on a good comp, wish yall could've finished! Also, Ethan has always been a solid judge and is a great coach in class lol, probably why they put him with the pros

I know you don't totally love the fittest mom title, because it may isolate moms or make them feel like they don't add up. But as a mom of 3 girls and 1/100th the level of fitness you have, I love it!!! I am so proud of you, because it's showing our girls how tough we are and how we can take up space in big sports like this! ❤❤❤
