See torsion is to be ideally treated within 6-24 hours. They will open and see. If testis is dead then no point saving. Trust ur doctors. Consult another one for 2nd opinion if not confident.

No. That just means that the plexus is probably stretched from years. And that's why little prominent. But as long as there is no reflux on valsalva- pain improves and semen parameters also improve in most patients.
