No regional lymphnodes seen , no invasion of local structures . Right lobe of thyroid normal . No focal lesion seen Both submandibular and parotid glands are normal size and echogenicity . Fat planes around the submandibular glands and parotid appear normal . No free fluid / collection within the glands No appreciable calculi or calcification in the sub - mandibular or parotid gland . Bilateral great vessels of the neck appear normal . No evidence of cervical lymphadenopathy seen Muscle planes of the neck appear normal . IMPRESSION non - neoplastic benign cystic nodule in left lobe of thyroid ( TI - RADS 3 ) ye bta raha hai aur fnac test normal hai thyroid test sbi normal hai please aap btao aage ham kya kre please help me
