That's the regular Ohtani Baseball Entertainment, he used to make steal & a couple runs before he started pitching a game. He used to have more double steals with other Angels batters and even stole home once in 21.

Great to see Shohei get going! Glasnow pitched really well until he got to ~80 pitches -- I hope the Dodgers dial back his workload a bit and let him build strength over course of the season.
I agree... love Tyler's delivery and this man can at least give you five great innings which is always what you want from your starter. If he can get 6 innings under his belt per game it would be even better. But we'll see

Ohtani's power is something else.....
Othani's groundballs sound different than any other hitters. His homerun's sound like a lumberjack cutting down a tree in a quiet forest! I watched the replay about 12 times and it kept giving me chills!
Well, for other batters, that's a groundball but with Ohtani's speed it became a hit & that hit led to Ohtani's scoring a run with another speedy safely race back home after Smith's double😳. For other batters, they couldn't get that a hit & certainly would stop at 3rd base instead of making it home! It's Ohtani's speed that he survived with a run in time (even he actually started late from 1st base). Ohtani's running base is a big entertainment to baseball fans but pains & headaches for opponent teams😂!
With the sound the bat made with the ball coming off it was no doubt it was gone #17 Goat

Was at the game, I had this weird feeling something was going to happen during Ohtani final at bat, so I busted out my camera phone and started recording. The sound of the bat hitting the ball and seeing it flying through the air like an artillery shell gave me no doubt in my mind that he just hit his first HR as Dodger in Dodger Stadium. He has crazy bat speed, Bonds-esq bat speed.
Loud even on RUclips. I wonder if anyone in the parking lot heard it? Hope you upload that homerun.
@@richstrobel I would upload it, but it’s you don’t see much because I was shaking the camera so much from all the excitement lol, only caught the rounding bases for the most part.

As Shohei's fan, I was wondering what happened to Astros since this season's spring training. I was expecting Astros to sweep the Yankees or at least a 3 wins series, not Yankees sweeping Astros. I was very shocked by the game results.

Its very early in the season but is this the start of a MVP season, we are so used to seeing. Shohei has alot to deal with because of that crook. I am confident he will get through it.

Solar hit that equal blast after Ohtani, but it sounded much different. My theory there is that Ohtani contacted the hide of the ball, Solar's bat hit a seam. Loved that crisp crack, but both dudes rock the bat!
Can you imagine someone went to the bathroom or went out to buy some snacks right before Ohtani hit that home run? They will lie all their life they witnessed that home run at the Dodger stadium. Lol.
