Lo que no quita que la crema tenga un punto de fusión menor.
Bonjour. Comment faire pour que la chantilly ressemble a celle du commerce ? C'est à dire qu'elle sois bien ferme, limite en beurre de chantilly au point qu'il y ai ce petit bruit qui crépite quand on prélève la crème. Merci.

AND, what you're doing just makes sense. We want fluffy, non-greasy butters, but then add oil to them. Other emollients just make more sense.
