When picking up an item you can still use void/abyss/black rune while the item ist above your head. This ist useful to pck up blind items and void them if you don't like them because they sho while above your head. You can also void bought items this way but be careful as tainted Issac not to void items you want to keep whilst voiding an item you just switched

Hi Matt As always, love your vids ^-^ one little tip doe, when using mouse control, there's no need to click repetitively to shoot tears or control the mark for any charge item (like the synergy in this vid), you can just keep on holding it and it will do its job anyway, hope this helps :] again, love you!
In general the first item room is not worth going to as T Keeper, and sometimes even skipping the second is a good idea. Getting a look a one item that isn't free when the shop will already be showing so many is not worth that much, and skipping obviously gives planetarium chance. If you're low on money or keys, or the shop/deal has good items, the second can be skipped as well (like you did this run).

Tip for voiding items with Tainted Keeper you can actually void items as you pick them up (ie using void during the pickup animation)

Theoretically you can buy a bad item with keeper's sack for buffs then void the bad item! (Also cracked crown sounds amazing with this)

Brimstone does work with luck based items like apple! And it still gives the 400% damage per tick
