Hello Jorge. IR resident here. I hope you have found a solution and wish that your daughter is better now. Unfortunately, the AngioJet is not suitable for treating portal vein thrombosis. The guidelines vary from anticoagulation to performing a TIPS procedure. I hope all is well!
