- Here I tell you an easy guide to know your scalp type.
▪️For oily scalp, look for ingredients like salicylic acid in your shampoo. This will help in reducing grease. Also you can use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove excess oil out.
▪️If you have oily scalp with dry hair : choose a shampoo for oily hair and a conditioner for dry damaged hair. Also use a hair serum which will help in controlling dryness and frizz.
▪️If you have dandruff, don’t put oil on your scalp. It will only worsen your dandruff. You need an antidandruff shampoo. If that doesn’t help then consult your dermatologist for prescription medications to control dandruff.
▪️If you have dry scalp, then applying hair oil on the scalp and hair , 2 hours before hair wash may help.
▪️For sensitive scalp, you want to use a shampoo which is sulphate free to reduce chances of dryness and irritation. Using plain coconut oil before wash can also help. Keep your hair care products to the minimum.

Try using baby shampoo and vegan conditioner
The ends are just dry. Treat your scalp as the doctor directs. For the dry strands I would really recommend hask hair masks, they come in pouches and are a game changer totally. It leaves your hair feeling so so soft and smooth. Ive been using mine for a while and sometimes I feel like I would break my hair if I apply to much force making buns lol but then again I have straight hair naturally with no volume. For you it might take 2-3 washes to achieve the smoothness but you will definitely and surely see results. Leave it on for longer on damp hair to achieve best results it’s basically like an advanced conditioner

You can start using anti-dandruff shampoo( 1-2 times a week )and top it with a sulphate free hydrating shampoo+for dry hair start conditioning your hair or better use a hydrating hair mask (1-2) times a week! hope it helps
