✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Raw Mangoes (कच्चा आम) - 1Kg
* Sugar (चीनी) - 750 Gram
* Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
* Salt (नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tbsp
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
* Clove(लौंग) - 6-7
* Bay leaf(तेज पत्ता) - 2
* Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी) - 1 Piece
* Big Cardamom(बड़ी इलायची) - 2
* Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 4
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
* Raisins(किशमिश) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Wash & peel the Raw Mangoes/Kairi & cut them into pieces. Keep the pan for heating, put some Sugar & Water. Stir continuously until the Sugar gets dissolved properly. Then put Raw Mango Pieces, stir continuously & cook on a slow flame. Then put Salt, Black Salt, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Cumin Seeds & Clove. Cover & cook well on a slow flame. After that, put Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & Cashew Nuts. Cook well till the Sugar Syrup gets one string. Then put Raising & cook for 3-4 minutes Then keep it cool down properly. Transfer the Mango Jam/Murabba to the clean glass jar & enjoy for a long time. In this way, Mango Jam/Aam Murabba will get ready.
