    Delicious!!! I made it last night. This is the best recipe!! I’ve tried several and this is the best. It tastes just like the Brazilian Restaurants. I’m making another batch tonight.

    Eu moro na Australia, e polvilho aqui se chama tapioca. 😂 E é difícil encontrar o doce. Então, ela fez a receita certa! Eu faço assim! ❤
    I live in Australia, and sprinkles here are called tapioca. 😂 And it's hard to find the candy. So, she made the right recipe! I do it like that! ❤

      @@aniacomegys1054 tapioca is best for this. Try experimenting with cornstarch or potato starch, it might work 👍🏻

    Made these today. Followed recipe and amounts exactly instead used Romano cheese instead of Parmigiano and was super flavourful and great consistency. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe.
    Subscribed. Look forward to making these again and trying smoked cheese.

      I prefer you cook them, let them cool completely and then freeze them.

    Can I reheat in toaster oven as it taste best warm? What abt microwave to reheat will 30 sec enough to heat in the microwave if used. Thank you for this recipe. I have read many positive reviews, love to make it

    hello! may I please have your advice if cottage cheese works for this? for some reason im unable to get shredded mozerella in my area. T_T

      It needs to be a dry cheese, Cottage won’t work. You can use something other than mozzarella like chedder cheese

      ​@Mifamilia99 we use 2 types of tapioca flour and we use parmesan and our Brazilian cheese. With Mozzarela or other cheeses doesn't taste like our, but i am sure is delicious too. Our is just different.

      You can use corn starch as a substitute for tapioka flour🤌

      You can’t use all purpose for this recipe. It has to be tapioca.

      Sometimes when you let it boil this happens. Almost a boil is the perfect way to go. Heating the liquid too much might be the problem. Sorry it didn’t work out. There is a full proof mixer version that is much easier and still very good. I will share the link 🔗

    Im brazilian, and I made Pao de queijo. The real one is not made with tapioca. That’s wrong and not the tradicional Brazilian one. Go to some real information. 😊

      Yes there are two starches that are traditionally used but it is not very easy to find at a local grocery store in the US. Tapioca works just fine and maybe you need a chill pill.

      Thank you for sharing. I loved it from the first time I ate it at friends' and thought it would be hard to make as I hate kneading since it's like read. In Switzerland, we can find most ingredients and your easy to follow recipe made it possible for me to try. I love it, my hubby loves it too. Thanks 👏
