You don’t need to get hit by lightning, just wait until there are electro particles and then run away :)

You don't have to let it attack you - just walk out the way once the position of the lightning is set, it'll still strike in the circle but you'll be out the way

This my be a late reply buy you have to complete tge Tartaros tales witld Quest which is time gated. You need to do each part of the Quest over the course of one IRL week. You may had figured this out since it had been a year But I am adding it here since. Some commenter stayed tgat they wait for a really long time to complete tge Tartaros tales world Quest. But you have to complete this Quest before accessing the Sakura arborism quest( formal name of the quest)
