Could you possibly replace the hangers for wider trucks....? These are 10mm axles right? I was thinking flipsky 15 in hangers with these baseplates could it work? Thanks

Hey esk8 OMG Great to meet you and thank you so much for this awesome question. Okay with my long-range distance tests I always make sure I get the best possible result, so I always go on a flat area and not going over 35 k’s an hour, The reason being is because I want to make sure people know that if I live at Venice beach or in Denmark they go between flat areas what they can get a real committing best scenario real-world best result… having said that, I’ll be taking this out of the park or somewhere super flat and giving it again the same conditions. I would expect to get at least 35 to 38 km range.. of course this is based on my weight of 96 kg I’m a pretty heavy guy so you get a lot more if you weighed 10kg lighter … you would probably the average estimated range of 40km, no I’ve got the smaller battery option = the 40T so Scott Davies will have the bigger battery and he weighs about 8kg more than me so you can get a good indication with his test what he would get advertised as 80 km on that battery but say a bit more like 60 km range for him on the big battery option, all in all it’s an incredible Battery and I would expect 40 km nearly for me is more than enough for any group ride ;) let’s check it out and see what does upload it probably 6 weeks away for that 👍 awesome to chat cheer Andrew ⚔️

Hey Phzicks ;) Great to hear from you again yep the videos are coming thick and fast now LOL yeah this will blow you away the expandable kinder egg locking in overlapping spilt double deck design which means it’s nearly waterproofs 100% is brilliant concept.. yes the external antenna is a must because it’s a forged carbon and it’s going to be super dense the inter-grated strip lighting is one of the best hidden features of this board … as everyone likes to have lights when they ride on Group rides and this gives an incredible constant blue light for sustaining riding and then of course your multi coloured lights when you turn them on and off as well as the overriding red brake lights it’s got a very nice W concave in the middle which are mould into the arch of your back foot so it’s going to be more supportive when deep carving and it’s got a nice very wide deck… all in all this could be a big game changer and a very big scary shake out for Evolve and Hadean model lol … have an awesome week cheers Andrew ⚔️

Hey Andy, great to hear from you again oh my god sorry about the hamstring … rest it up and bring it back slowly… but I’ve actually done my side hip well, just bruised anyway no socket or bone damage.. at the skate park and I bruised it twice over two weeks so I bought a nice pair of padded shorts and I’m ready to rock ‘n’ roll on Wednesday providing the weather clears, thank you so much Andy for your incredible loyal and unwavering support and encouragement and awesome good vibes and feedback Andy. Makes my day. Yeah my reviews will be ultra detailed I’ll go to the whole special hidden features of this Osprey board the tyres and a lot of aspects that people don’t know about this is a remarkable piece of engineering if it performs as well as I think it does on the single kingpin and the stiffer forged carbon full under Deck … Wel … it could be a real winner for me and will enter probably my top three boards placements. I do love the lights I think that adds a really nice automatic set and forget feel without having to worry about peeling off strip off stupid Evolve’s answer ie cheap Chinese LED lights. Yes Evolve is going to absolutely crap themselves when they see this because it will make the Hadean look redundant and rudimentary with its plastic undercarriage ….this is all piano Forged carbon moulded undercarriage zzz just beautiful. And best if all it comes in about $1000 cheaper LOL I’d love to be a fly on the wall on there next team meeting lol … speedy recovery my man you’re an absolute legend keep up the great work cheers Andrew ⚔️
Hey eSk8 James ;) awesome to hear from you, yeah this is a really interesting one I got heads up on this over three months ago but I just couldn’t get it out before everybody else but I’ll do a detailed thorough Andrew Penman..review there’s a lot of aspects to his board and functionality that are far exceed its paperback cover. I’m loving the single kingpin rather than double kingpins I’m also loving the telescopic adjustable 2 part deck for Battery upgrade change but more importantly I really like the lighting system on this saves you having to worry about Lights, i.e. the stupid Evolve self peel cheap and nasty Chinese strip lighting. Also the whole stability and strength of is Boards going to be quite impressive the wheels are definitely a whole new variety of road slick 7.5 inch … they’re big wheels … aesthetically it’s near perfect it looks really bloody beautiful really really impressive. Lots more including the power button away from the underside of the deck for more waterproofing and because the shell deck adjustable expandable overlap fit..you’ve got hundredpercent virtual waterproofing like a kinder egg LOL… keep up the great work thanks so much for your support and encouragement have a great day James cheers Andrew ⚔️
I think they are trying a little too much to be like evolve, that 13S8P battery is nuts for the price, I dont trust vestar to make their own ESC without issues tho.
Hey Aaron look great point …. great to meet you, look that’s a really good spotto you brought up it is very very similar to the Hadean … agreed ..however Aaron it has got this revolutionary collapsible telescopic cup and lid …deck which sandwiches the battery and waterproofs it so you can easy adjust different size batteries without any adjustment to the frame or shape of the deck… now this is very clever and extremely revolutionary.… I’ve owned about 5 Vestars and I must say specially the Night Fury ( Boosted Stealth copy) the EsC controllers are absolutely perfect smooth as silk so I’m expecting this to be no different however let’s fully test it, The battery as you did point out is exceptional and I would expect to get a 40 km range. This is the old saying ….”keep it simple stupid,” as Evolve had just tried to get to complex with their signature hopping remotes signal and they’re over engineered BMS is just like Boosted failed on their swords doing that with their BmS’s …this is going to be a solid safe and reliable Toyota Corolla or Volvo that will just do its job and do it well 👍 plus it looks bloody awesome too… aesthetically sexy… Great to chat let’s test it and we’ll see how goes have a great day cheers Andrew⚔️

This is definitely a step up from their previous Black Hawk 2.0 model, 10mph faster at claimed 37mph!
