Nice owners. Nice manager. Nice stadium. Nice training centre. Nice players. Nice fans. NICE Club. I am so sick of NICE Norwich. Where is our fight? Where is our determination to succeed? We are a laughing stock!
This is the culture that Delia and MWJ have cultivated - giving jobs to their mates and keeping inept people in influential positions because they're friends. The sooner they sell the club to the Americans, the better.
If I was Ben Knapper as a CEO I would be holding individual meetings with a cross selection of players and asking their opinion of what is going wrong ? However the club is too nice for that. There appears to be no accountability whatsoever.
@@Spancan460 holding the playing staff and coaching dept etc is only a small part of the problem. We have owners who see owning a football club as a hobby/day out and who hold the clubs supporters in disregard. Until the football club is run seriously then nothing is gonna change. Too many at the club (including players) absolutely stealing a living!
As soon as I saw the lineup I was concerned, but hoped we had better players on the bench, but DW didn't provide a Plan B. The game was treated as a training session for players who aren't regular. We, the fans wanted our best side out and a convincing performance and convincing win.
I still admire the great work that he did at my Club (Huddersfield)....when he eventually fell on his sword, it was as a result of feeling isolated, due to the severe life-threatening illness of the Chairman, as he came under intense pressure from the feeling of 'having to do everything'..
I didn't think not winning would be met with anything other than indifference, but it shows how fed up everyone is that we are back at full-on Wagner Out.
If McKenna at Ipswich can have fraction of the money to spend but produce a far better side then it just shows that Wagner isn't good enough. Simple as that. There are good managers out there.
have given up saying wagner out board dont care anymore it seems, changes need from top down i chose not to go stayed home and played xbox ive been a fan for 40 years and this has to change because fans wont put up with this much longer before we get a chase out scenario
He has to go. His interviews are littered with nothingness just like our play. Our squad I believe should be challenging the top 6 and ik we are only 4 points off (I think) but our "style of play" isn't acceptable for me. Our coaching team get tactically outplayed by every dugout. It was the sheff Wednesday that sticks in my mind cuz they lost but by being brave and playing yet we just park the bus atm. The board just laugh at us ad knaper doesn't have the experience yet to make the right decisions. Think we are in a position now where next season we could easily go down after we lose rowe, Sara and a few that are out of contract. Very very very worried
That squad of players is clearly underperforming - can you see them taking many points from the next series of difficult games. The management/coaching team seem unable to spark them. But do Norwich get rid of him during a window. Is Knapper a rabbit in the headlights - paralysed with fear or indecisiveness? But my amateur pundit view on the team is that Norwich desperately need a ball winner like Tettey or Skipp - Maclean has many attributes but it is not him.
If I was Ben Knapper as CEO I would personally interview a cross section of the playing staff and ask them their honest views. There appears to be no accountability !
To carry on the theme of misery. Perhaps it may be as well if Norwich get knocked out of the FA Cup to avoid another potential, as things stand, trip to Portman Road. It seems unlikely they would get another decent result there. It seems strange, as far as we know, there is no dressing room rebellion. Surely the players, if it’s thought they’re capable of better, are not enjoying this.
@@MarlboroughBlenheim1 If that’s the case loyal supporters are being conned. It’s difficult to believe any professional enjoys letting supporters down on a regular basis and letting the Manager down as well.
@@davidrose213 Welcome to the reality of a professional sports club in decline, where there is no trust or respect between the triumvirate of management / players / fans. Norwich have owners who despise a large number of fans and who have made that clear publicly; a manager who blames the players publicly and offers no enthusiasm or hope; and players who blame the fixtures and each other.
@@MarlboroughBlenheim1 Well, I’m surprised anyone would support this. I wouldn’t call myself a Norwich City supporter but, living in East Anglia, I just keep my eye on East Anglian football. Best wishes for 24
You start to really dislike a manager when results have gone south and their statements are so off from the fans. His continued presence is damaging our club, we should always feel anger at that.
Paddy's existential crisis appears to be back. Long stares into the distance, hello darkness my old friend...

100% this!

Totally agree 👍
Nice of Stuart Webber to leave the club in a better place than when he joined though 😅
Nothing is going to change unless there are changes at the very top. Complacency is rife throughout the club.

he won’t go until the season ends fans will just have to snuff it up until then 🔰🇩🇪
Apparently according to McCallum it's the fixture list that is the reason for the team being shite
Four shots on target against a Division One team - that says much about the poor coaching from Wagner.
That's 4 very unhappy looking chaps there. Fully understandable
Its not Wagner or Napper it Delia and Hubby business model No one talks about really.
He has to go, who’s the league one team
Tactics are non existent.thats the problem

Less gloom and doom please, and more tactical talk.
