My gym mates should not see this video. Because I'm the one who love double under pass 😂

Hey Tarik, specially in this double under counter I (65kg) keep getting staked/smashed from bigger guys. I get to min 5:45 or 7:19 and also manage to through my leg over (min 6:06). But the people just smash/stack into me, I get stuck and don’t have a chance to pull their elbow out. I also cant benchpress them away because I mostly stacked and kinda curled up. I know its hard for you to debug this without seeing it, but maybe you have an idea? Thanks

Hey Alexander, it sounds like you can be using your elbow much more on their head before the transition of the left leg. Now if they're still stacking, try to connect your feet to at least one of their hips. This will also help you keep the posture so that you don't bend your spine too much.

@@TarikBJJ thanks, that worked. Also i did the mistake to curl/crunsh up when going for the underhook whereas you open your legs and have a heavy hip like at 5:20
